There was no service at all, as there was no counter and no one knew who to call. This is not a hotel suitable for self-guided travelers, as luggage cannot be checked. The house is an old house, with a bit of history, and a tall house. Speechless.

The accommodation is unfortunately very neglected/in need of renovation. It was very dirty, the guests (which the host can't do anything about) constantly blocked the shower/toilet when they urgently had to go to the toilet in the morning. On the second day we finally found out that there was a second toilet. Unfortunately, Cristian (the host) didn't even introduce himself or even show us the AirBnB, which is a shame and should be improved. This could have solved the toilet problem. The internet was often down and messages were not responded to in a helpful way, and we also couldn't find the router to restart. At some point during the day the WiFi worked again. The WiFi always went down once a day for several hours (probably overloaded when there were many guests). Otherwise there was a washing machine that you could use. Unfortunately, questions about usage were not answered helpfully here either. There was a wardrobe for drying, which was full of dry laundry...

Not to be compared with the pictures from social media. Unkept accommodation, dirty, partly broken furnishings, stains everywhere on the walls. It's really not a comfortable apartment. Our landlord was also very helpful and tried to answer questions: Question: The internet keeps failing, could you help us or tell us where the router is so we can restart it? Answer: The Internet should normally work. Q: Are there all-day tickets for public transport in Santiago (couldn't find out on the internet etc.)? A: I just drive a car, I have no idea. Q: Are there any other ways to hang up laundry? One drying rack is full. A: No, you have to wait for the other guests to leave their laundry etc. The icing on the cake happened on the last day. We received a standard WhatsApp message from the landlord, which every guest probably receives (fits the very hard-working overall impression). Whether we were satisfied, whether we had any suggestions for improvement and if we had any, please send them to him privately. To be honest: I feel like I'm being ripped off! I strongly recommend that you just walk through your accommodation with your eyes open. Better take a whole pad with you for notes! You really can't beat it when it comes to laziness.

No resemblance to the photographs on social networks. The house is beautiful and has its appeal, but poorly maintained, dirty, messy, rooms with eyebolts and children's locks that do not provide any security. Most of the locks are bad and they try to close everything with backpack locks. No security and much less cleanliness. For the value I recommend other options.

Booking Policy

It is mandatory for all guests to present valid government photo ID’s at the time of check-in.

The primary guests check-in into the hotel must meet the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Extra guests are subject to availability. And it might incur additional charges.

If guests are traveling with a child or children, it is necessary to specify the number of children accompanying them during the hotel booking process to avoid any last-minute complications.

Underage guests are only allowed to check-in with at least one parent or official guardian who fulfils the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Early check-in or late check-out request is subject to availability and the hotel may charge an additional fee for providing such services.

The price paid to Adani One includes room charges, taxes, the specified inclusions mentioned during the booking and convenience fee, if appliable. It does not cover additional services and expenses at the hotel.

Taxes, levies, charges, and any similar government fees, if applicable, will be imposed by the relevant authorities in the jurisdiction where the hotel is located. The guest is responsible for paying all such charges, as applicable.

Guests are required to adhere to any special instructions provided by the hotel. Failure to comply may result in the hotel's right to deny the booking or terminate the stay immediately.

For any special requests, please write in the designated section while booking on the Adani One platform. We will forward these requests to the hotel; however, please note that the hotel may or may not be able to accommodate them depending on availability at the time of check-in. Please be aware that fulfilling these requests may result in additional charges.

The hotel reserves the right of admission. The hotel may refuse to honour the booking if it determines that the property policies have been violated.

If the booking cannot be confirmed due to certain circumstances, Adani One will refund the entire amount to the original mode of payment.

If the hotel is unable to confirm or deny the booking, Adani One is not under any obligation to provide an alternate booking in lieu of the unconfirmed booking.

Adani One does not collect GSTIN details on behalf of the hotelier, you may request this information directly from the hotelier during the check-in process.

Hotel Cancellation Policy

User can cancel their booking through the Adani One website or app until the check-in date and time. The refund for such cancellations will be subject to the hotel's cancellation policy. Adani One has no say over the refund amount.

Users can only cancel the entire booking. Partial cancellations, such as canceling specific room(s), a portion of the total nights, or specific guests out of the entire group, are not permitted.

User should not cancel the booking directly with the hotel. If a user cancels the booking directly with the hotel, Adani One will not be responsible for any refund.

Cancellation requests made through the online platform or via phone calls are the only valid and accepted methods.

Any cancellation requests made directly to the hotel will not be the responsibility of Adani One.

If you fail to cancel your reservation within the designated cancellation period, as specified by the hotel you booked, you will be responsible for paying the applicable nightly rates, tax recovery charges, and service fees imposed by the hotel. If you do not show up for the first night of your reservation but still plan to check in for the remaining nights, you must inform Adani One of any changes to your reservation no later than the scheduled arrival date for the first night. This is necessary to prevent the cancellation of your entire reservation.

In case of no show at the hotel, you'll be charged the entire booking amount.

Modification and Reschedule Policy

Once the booking is initiated, the user can’t change the name of primary guest, number of guests, age of child/children, number of rooms, and check-in/check-out date and time.

After the booking is confirmed, user will need to cancel their existing booking to create a new one to make any changes such as updating the primary guest, modifying the number of guests, specifying the age of child/children, adjusting the number of rooms, or changing the check-in/check-out date and time etc.
