Super friendly staff, amazing food, incredible location with a super nice view from the hotel cafe where you can get infinite refills of coffee hot chocolate etc at any time of the day. The rooms are also brilliant and you have access to a jacuzzi and sauna! Amazing place 100% recommend staying if youre visiting lisbon.

Positive: Very friendly welcome Good and central location (we didn’t mind the 77 steps) Terrace Minus: Room not very clean when we arrived: white stuff on the floor, open bottle of previous guest in fridge, safety pins lying around Room very basic: no shelves, no bedside tables, sockets only in kitchenette not next to bed etc, no shelves in bathroom, clothes rail was missing and never replaced-only one there. Shower only warm enough for one person. Second had to shower cold. Got never fixed. Wi-Fi didn’t work in the last night. Kitchen poorly equipped: no chopping board, one bread knife only, one pot, no kettle, no wooden spoon, no wine glasses,…you can’t cook at all there. Shouldn’t be promoted! Pool very shabby. Never saw it got cleaned. My daughter hat really itchy eyes afterwards. Breakfast very basic. Every day exactly the same. We stayed for four nights and would have loved some changes. Didn’t feel very safe!! Bolt on our door room was broken and never fixed. When guests leave luggage it’s on the terrace the whole day unattended! Saw that many times!! Our room was on the ground floor facing a dodgy street. Overall: Team didn't give the impression to want to fix things. Shame.

We had a good stay at the Castello Prime Suites. The rooms were pretty big, with kitchen, dining, living, and separate bedroom. The location was good. The service was great and the breakfast was great. The walls were pretty thin. Whenever someone was entering/exiting the room next to us or above us it was pretty loud. The bathroom was ok, a little cramped. We had a nice stay and thought the value was overall pretty good.

From the room to the hosts, everything will give you a great experience in your stay in Lisbon. The apartments are very well equipped and with good taste and you can't beat the view from the lounge area while having a drink and relaxing. Will definitely be back and recommend it 100%.

Booking Policy

It is mandatory for all guests to present valid government photo ID’s at the time of check-in.

The primary guests check-in into the hotel must meet the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Extra guests are subject to availability. And it might incur additional charges.

If guests are traveling with a child or children, it is necessary to specify the number of children accompanying them during the hotel booking process to avoid any last-minute complications.

Underage guests are only allowed to check-in with at least one parent or official guardian who fulfils the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Early check-in or late check-out request is subject to availability and the hotel may charge an additional fee for providing such services.

The price paid to Adani One includes room charges, taxes, the specified inclusions mentioned during the booking and convenience fee, if appliable. It does not cover additional services and expenses at the hotel.

Taxes, levies, charges, and any similar government fees, if applicable, will be imposed by the relevant authorities in the jurisdiction where the hotel is located. The guest is responsible for paying all such charges, as applicable.

Hotel Cancellation Policy

User can cancel their booking through the Adani One website or app until the check-in date and time. The refund for such cancellations will be subject to the hotel's cancellation policy. Adani One has no say over the refund amount.

Users can only cancel the entire booking. Partial cancellations, such as canceling specific room(s), a portion of the total nights, or specific guests out of the entire group, are not permitted.

User should not cancel the booking directly with the hotel. If a user cancels the booking directly with the hotel, Adani One will not be responsible for any refund.

Cancellation requests made through the online platform or via phone calls are the only valid and accepted methods.

Modification and Reschedule Policy

Once the booking is initiated, the user can’t change the name of primary guest, number of guests, age of child/children, number of rooms, and check-in/check-out date and time.

After the booking is confirmed, user will need to cancel their existing booking to create a new one to make any changes such as updating the primary guest, modifying the number of guests, specifying the age of child/children, adjusting the number of rooms, or changing the check-in/check-out date and time etc.
