very nice hostel, everything was great, breakfast was tasty, service was great, but the neighbors from room 210 on January 19, 2023 were terrible. First, we helped them go upstairs because they couldn't enter the code, then after 11 p.m. they were talking very loudly and laughing. Half an hour later they were banging on our walls very hard while we were talking calmly. Pathetic

Friendly and English-fluent staff, very accommodating. Great location, conveniently located near several restaurants and Grocery stores, and lots of taxis for travel to tourist destinations. The rooms are a little bit weird, bunk beds and mattresses on the ground, and the bathroom is cramped. There's a sliding door for the bathroom too. The water is very strong. Includes simple breakfast at 7:45.

We stayed in a private room with private bathroom. It was quite spacious, the bathroom was modern. The furniture is very very basic, the towels and sheets ok quality. The rooms don’t have air conditioning and we were there during the summer- the room was very hot - we needed to have the fan on the whole night to be able to sleep. Breakfast was provided, but it is very basic - like toast, cheese, ham, jam and cereal. The washer and dryer are inside the kitchen, so we were able to wash clothes only when the staff was done for the day. Good location, just a short walk to the metro.

BED BUGS!!! We stayed in a private room with bathroom. It was one of the worst places we’ve ever stayed. 1. The room is in terrible condition. The furniture is dirty and destroyed. There was mold on the wall. The curtains were dirty with stains. 2. There was no blanket 3. So called open shower is a joke. You basically have the shower in the same room where you sleep. 4. There is no normal door to the toilet, there is only a glass divider which is hardly a door. 5. On the last night we got bitten by bed bugs 6. During 4 nights of stay, no one cleaned our room. All of this for almost 100 EUR per night. I’d advise everyone to find a better place to stay.

I've stayed in many places over the year of travelling. This place is a dump very old, badly maintained. I would definitely NOT recommend this place to anyone. No hot water at the bathroom sink....1 push top tap ?

Booking Policy

It is mandatory for all guests to present valid government photo ID’s at the time of check-in.

The primary guests check-in into the hotel must meet the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Extra guests are subject to availability. And it might incur additional charges.

If guests are traveling with a child or children, it is necessary to specify the number of children accompanying them during the hotel booking process to avoid any last-minute complications.

Underage guests are only allowed to check-in with at least one parent or official guardian who fulfils the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Early check-in or late check-out request is subject to availability and the hotel may charge an additional fee for providing such services.

The price paid to Adani One includes room charges, taxes, the specified inclusions mentioned during the booking and convenience fee, if appliable. It does not cover additional services and expenses at the hotel.

Taxes, levies, charges, and any similar government fees, if applicable, will be imposed by the relevant authorities in the jurisdiction where the hotel is located. The guest is responsible for paying all such charges, as applicable.

Guests are required to adhere to any special instructions provided by the hotel. Failure to comply may result in the hotel's right to deny the booking or terminate the stay immediately.

Hotel Cancellation Policy

User can cancel their booking through the Adani One website or app until the check-in date and time. The refund for such cancellations will be subject to the hotel's cancellation policy. Adani One has no say over the refund amount.

Users can only cancel the entire booking. Partial cancellations, such as canceling specific room(s), a portion of the total nights, or specific guests out of the entire group, are not permitted.

User should not cancel the booking directly with the hotel. If a user cancels the booking directly with the hotel, Adani One will not be responsible for any refund.

Cancellation requests made through the online platform or via phone calls are the only valid and accepted methods.

Any cancellation requests made directly to the hotel will not be the responsibility of Adani One.

If you fail to cancel your reservation within the designated cancellation period, as specified by the hotel you booked, you will be responsible for paying the applicable nightly rates, tax recovery charges, and service fees imposed by the hotel. If you do not show up for the first night of your reservation but still plan to check in for the remaining nights, you must inform Adani One of any changes to your reservation no later than the scheduled arrival date for the first night. This is necessary to prevent the cancellation of your entire reservation.

In case of no show at the hotel, you'll be charged the entire booking amount.

Modification and Reschedule Policy

Once the booking is initiated, the user can’t change the name of primary guest, number of guests, age of child/children, number of rooms, and check-in/check-out date and time.

After the booking is confirmed, user will need to cancel their existing booking to create a new one to make any changes such as updating the primary guest, modifying the number of guests, specifying the age of child/children, adjusting the number of rooms, or changing the check-in/check-out date and time etc.
