Our recent stay at The Castle in Old Town was perfect. We arrived extremely late, or early in the morning, after our flight to Tbilisi was delayed and Ilia was a lifesaver! Not only did he help us carry our bags and get settled into our room, but we had two small and tired children with us and he was able to get us a portable crib for the baby and set it up. We appreciated his help and the service of the rest of the staff so much. The breakfast was great and the staff went out of their way to find options for the baby. We were able to enjoy the entire grounds and the delicious wine that they have in the wine cellar. The location in Old Town is great and you can walk to almost everything you'd want to see. We hope we can come back one day. Thank you for the great stay!

We enjoyed 4 nights here. The rooms are spacious, we had a balcony with great views. The infinity pool on the roof is stunning. Lots of antiques and travel memorabilia. The staff were friendly, they even ran up the steps with our heavy bags. It is a quiet haven in the city.

We enjoyed the unique experience as a family of four. The staff were always courteous and accommodating. Especially Mr. George who looked after us during breakfast ! Definitely recommend for the experience

Pros: -The history of this beautiful hotel is really special -Spacious rooms and extremely comfortable bed. I loved the mattress and even took a photo of the brand. -Refreshing pool with the best view in Tbilisi. Perfect for a morning or evening dip. -Great location Cons: -You will need to walk up some stairs to reach the place. It's not too many but with luggage can be a challenge. Shout out to the bellboy Giorgi who carried my very heavy bag for me. He was a lifesaver! Call ahead and the bellboy will meet you at the bottom of the stairs to carry your luggage up. -Breakfast was not very good. The breakfast area was cramped and small and did not accommodate everyone at once. The choices were limited and not very good. Most Tbilisi hotels offer better breakfast and at this price point, I expected more. -They are weird about ensuring you don't lose the key. Maybe because the key has written on it both the hotel and room but it's a digital key, so why do that? multiple staff warned me not to lose the key. We didn't, but I'm curious what would happen if we did -They are very strict on check-out time. Stricter than any hotel I've ever been and were knocking on my door exactly at the time to go. There was no flexibility for late check-out. -Staff are overly formal. I would have expected more of a cool vibe, maybe a welcome drink, friendly staff but it felt overly stuffy and formal with staff standing from their seat every time I passed, so bizarre. We only stayed 1 night and overall I enjoyed it for the room, pool and overall space so I would stay here again.

Booking Policy

It is mandatory for all guests to present valid government photo ID’s at the time of check-in.

The primary guests check-in into the hotel must meet the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Extra guests are subject to availability. And it might incur additional charges.

If guests are traveling with a child or children, it is necessary to specify the number of children accompanying them during the hotel booking process to avoid any last-minute complications.

Underage guests are only allowed to check-in with at least one parent or official guardian who fulfils the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Early check-in or late check-out request is subject to availability and the hotel may charge an additional fee for providing such services.

The price paid to Adani One includes room charges, taxes, the specified inclusions mentioned during the booking and convenience fee, if appliable. It does not cover additional services and expenses at the hotel.

Taxes, levies, charges, and any similar government fees, if applicable, will be imposed by the relevant authorities in the jurisdiction where the hotel is located. The guest is responsible for paying all such charges, as applicable.

After the booking is confirmed, user will need to cancel their existing booking to create a new one to make any changes such as updating the primary guest, modifying the number of guests, specifying the age of child/children, adjusting the number of rooms, or changing the check-in/check-out date and time etc.
