Great location. Walking distance to Town Hall, which is an important station (hence you can get anywhere). Great value as well because the housekeepers were great. Room was super clean. However the walls are a bit thin because we can hear people talking on the hallway. On the last few nights, there were even people trying to get into our room by knocking on the door and turning the door knob (probably drunk). The housekeeping staff deserve most of the credits!

Stayed for one night on a work trip and was glad it wasn't for longer. Not a boutique hotel for sure, quite outdated, old and a strange musty smell from the room. The reception staff are helpful and parking convenient under the hilton though. Wouldn't stay again.

Last minute booking due to an administrative error on my part- lots of availability. Rooms and hotel a little dated, but incredibly comfy bed and very quiet room considering central location. All staff very helpful, particularly Cindy on reception who went above and beyond to help one of our party in a personal emergency. Thank you to Cindy for being a complete star!

I have stayed here at least three time and it has been excellent BUT not this time , I booked a week before and requested a early check in as we were attending a function , no reply from them, so called on the night before and asked about, I spoke to a lovely gentleman that said just call before you arrive and let them know , NOW this is where it goes down hill, I called and the Rude receptionist shouted down the phone at me NOW!!!! When we arrive I was told , just sit down and wait 5 Minutes, When I went to check in the Receptionist started demanding I pay for the Stay with a credit card that was not on my phone wallet , when I questioned why, she rudely told me I was the rude one , and proceeded to walk away and tell me to come Back at 3 pm and check in as I am the customer and I am being rude. WE WILL NEVER STAY HERE AGAIN , and Will advise others not to unless you want to be spoken to like a Dog WARNING WARNING

Booking Policy

It is mandatory for all guests to present valid government photo ID’s at the time of check-in.

The primary guests check-in into the hotel must meet the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Extra guests are subject to availability. And it might incur additional charges.

If guests are traveling with a child or children, it is necessary to specify the number of children accompanying them during the hotel booking process to avoid any last-minute complications.

Underage guests are only allowed to check-in with at least one parent or official guardian who fulfils the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Early check-in or late check-out request is subject to availability and the hotel may charge an additional fee for providing such services.

The price paid to Adani One includes room charges, taxes, the specified inclusions mentioned during the booking and convenience fee, if appliable. It does not cover additional services and expenses at the hotel.

Taxes, levies, charges, and any similar government fees, if applicable, will be imposed by the relevant authorities in the jurisdiction where the hotel is located. The guest is responsible for paying all such charges, as applicable.
