The location of the hotel is marvelous. You can explore all the tourist attractions on foot if you are living in this hotel. The room is ok ok , the washroom is good. Breakfast is average , not many varieties. The staffs are helpful.

What s delightful hotel! Everyone was extremely friendly, great location,close to Puerta del Sol, less than 20 minutes walk from the station. I was a solo traveller and felt extremely comfortable there, lovely rooftop breakfast bar and the theatre to themed decor was amazing

My partner and I spent the weekend at Casual del Teatro and had an amazing experience. The rooms are decorated with taste and the location is perfect to explore Madrid by foot. But what makes this place is the people running it, everyone is so kind and eager to provide excellent customer service. The breakfast on the rooftop terrace was also a highlight for us.

Lovely hotel and central location. Less than 3mins walk to Seville or Sol metro station. Abit noisy at night but expected due to its location.

Booking Policy

It is mandatory for all guests to present valid government photo ID’s at the time of check-in.

The primary guests check-in into the hotel must meet the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Extra guests are subject to availability. And it might incur additional charges.

If guests are traveling with a child or children, it is necessary to specify the number of children accompanying them during the hotel booking process to avoid any last-minute complications.

Underage guests are only allowed to check-in with at least one parent or official guardian who fulfils the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Early check-in or late check-out request is subject to availability and the hotel may charge an additional fee for providing such services.

The price paid to Adani One includes room charges, taxes, the specified inclusions mentioned during the booking and convenience fee, if appliable. It does not cover additional services and expenses at the hotel.

Cancellation requests made through the online platform or via phone calls are the only valid and accepted methods.

After the booking is confirmed, user will need to cancel their existing booking to create a new one to make any changes such as updating the primary guest, modifying the number of guests, specifying the age of child/children, adjusting the number of rooms, or changing the check-in/check-out date and time etc.
