Definitely not a 4 star hotel. Filthy carpets everywhere. Disgusting! Please give your carpets a proper wash. Average breakfast, very small rooms, a bit chilly at night (November). On a positive note nice and helpful people at the reception and the location is great. Would I go back? Probably not. Disappointed.

Brilliant. Very comfortable, clean, friendly staff, and we did not notice any noise at all from other rooms /corridor/outside which was great. Also allowed us to store luggage for free after checkout and before we left the city

Great value, clean rooms, good wifi, attentive staff. Free luggage storage. We enjoyed our stay. It's conveniently located, 15 min from city center/Sao Bento station where most of the tours/guides meet, but far enough to be quiet at night. Several food eateries down the road. It's not a luxury stay, but very worth the value and good for couples and solo travelers. We would recommend!

In the weekends the parking spots at the square in front of the hotel are for free. There were 2 large groups in the hotel, but everything remained very quiet. Location is ok: not too far from the centre with lots of restaurants nearby. The dog was not allowed in the breakfastroom, but that was to be expected.

Booking Policy

It is mandatory for all guests to present valid government photo ID’s at the time of check-in.

The primary guests check-in into the hotel must meet the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Extra guests are subject to availability. And it might incur additional charges.

If guests are traveling with a child or children, it is necessary to specify the number of children accompanying them during the hotel booking process to avoid any last-minute complications.

Underage guests are only allowed to check-in with at least one parent or official guardian who fulfils the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Early check-in or late check-out request is subject to availability and the hotel may charge an additional fee for providing such services.

The price paid to Adani One includes room charges, taxes, the specified inclusions mentioned during the booking and convenience fee, if appliable. It does not cover additional services and expenses at the hotel.

Taxes, levies, charges, and any similar government fees, if applicable, will be imposed by the relevant authorities in the jurisdiction where the hotel is located. The guest is responsible for paying all such charges, as applicable.

Users can only cancel the entire booking. Partial cancellations, such as canceling specific room(s), a portion of the total nights, or specific guests out of the entire group, are not permitted.

User should not cancel the booking directly with the hotel. If a user cancels the booking directly with the hotel, Adani One will not be responsible for any refund.

Cancellation requests made through the online platform or via phone calls are the only valid and accepted methods.

Any cancellation requests made directly to the hotel will not be the responsibility of Adani One.

If you fail to cancel your reservation within the designated cancellation period, as specified by the hotel you booked, you will be responsible for paying the applicable nightly rates, tax recovery charges, and service fees imposed by the hotel. If you do not show up for the first night of your reservation but still plan to check in for the remaining nights, you must inform Adani One of any changes to your reservation no later than the scheduled arrival date for the first night. This is necessary to prevent the cancellation of your entire reservation.

After the booking is confirmed, user will need to cancel their existing booking to create a new one to make any changes such as updating the primary guest, modifying the number of guests, specifying the age of child/children, adjusting the number of rooms, or changing the check-in/check-out date and time etc.
