I recently stayed at this hotel, and it was an excellent experience. The hotel was stylish and well-designed, creating a modern and inviting atmosphere. The rooms were exceptionally clean, which made my stay comfortable and worry-free. Additionally, the hotel's location was perfect, with easy access to the city's attractions. I highly recommend this place for a stylish, clean, and conveniently located stay.

Stayed here for a week from the 9th September. The hotel is fairly small but appears to be brand new inside and out. Cannot fault it. All areas are spotlessly clean. Bedroom was also spotlessly clean including the bathroom. Room not that big but big enough. Staff are fantastic, very friendly and helpful. Breakfast buffet was ample for our needs with something new each morning. As has been mentioned by others, the location is perfect. Nice and quiet but just up the road from nice restaurant's, bar's and the shopping mall. I would really recommend this hotel and would definitely stay here again on any visit to Porto.

Great location and good service. That's all that's good here. Room 107 has a super small bathroom. One person can barley fit in the shower. The AC is low powered.... doesn't feel like it's on half the time. Makes the room hot during the day. Can't leave your drapes open during the day. The breakfast is bad quality. I'd skip it and head down the street to the Mercado do Bolhão (food market) for your breakfast. This is an amazing spot to eat in the city or grab a quick snack.

Super location! Clean! Friendly staff! But: The rooms were not ready when we arrived. There was no drinks available while we were waiting. The beds were super soft. All of us had a bad back after one night. The additional sofa bed for the kids was the worst and very uncomfortable. Some door in the hotel closes so loud that I was shocked when the first guest left the hotel at 6:00 am. Woke up every time the door was closing. Breakfast: The non vegan persons in our family liked it. The vegan not so much. Only options : mushrooms, fruit salad, Marmalade Not even tomatoes for decoration were available.

Conveniently located. Extremely clean rooms, varied breakfast! Fast check in and check out. Would definitely go back if I ever visited Portugal again.

Booking Policy

It is mandatory for all guests to present valid government photo ID’s at the time of check-in.

The primary guests check-in into the hotel must meet the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Extra guests are subject to availability. And it might incur additional charges.

If guests are traveling with a child or children, it is necessary to specify the number of children accompanying them during the hotel booking process to avoid any last-minute complications.

Underage guests are only allowed to check-in with at least one parent or official guardian who fulfils the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Early check-in or late check-out request is subject to availability and the hotel may charge an additional fee for providing such services.

The price paid to Adani One includes room charges, taxes, the specified inclusions mentioned during the booking and convenience fee, if appliable. It does not cover additional services and expenses at the hotel.

Taxes, levies, charges, and any similar government fees, if applicable, will be imposed by the relevant authorities in the jurisdiction where the hotel is located. The guest is responsible for paying all such charges, as applicable.

Hotel Cancellation Policy

User can cancel their booking through the Adani One website or app until the check-in date and time. The refund for such cancellations will be subject to the hotel's cancellation policy. Adani One has no say over the refund amount.

Users can only cancel the entire booking. Partial cancellations, such as canceling specific room(s), a portion of the total nights, or specific guests out of the entire group, are not permitted.

User should not cancel the booking directly with the hotel. If a user cancels the booking directly with the hotel, Adani One will not be responsible for any refund.

Cancellation requests made through the online platform or via phone calls are the only valid and accepted methods.

Any cancellation requests made directly to the hotel will not be the responsibility of Adani One.

If you fail to cancel your reservation within the designated cancellation period, as specified by the hotel you booked, you will be responsible for paying the applicable nightly rates, tax recovery charges, and service fees imposed by the hotel. If you do not show up for the first night of your reservation but still plan to check in for the remaining nights, you must inform Adani One of any changes to your reservation no later than the scheduled arrival date for the first night. This is necessary to prevent the cancellation of your entire reservation.

Modification and Reschedule Policy

Once the booking is initiated, the user can’t change the name of primary guest, number of guests, age of child/children, number of rooms, and check-in/check-out date and time.

After the booking is confirmed, user will need to cancel their existing booking to create a new one to make any changes such as updating the primary guest, modifying the number of guests, specifying the age of child/children, adjusting the number of rooms, or changing the check-in/check-out date and time etc.
