Nice rooms and very comfortable. Beds are nice, couch is great. kitchen is so clean. There are 2 pools and a gym. Staff is so friendly and helpful. you can also borrow bicycle. I love this apartment. However, when I have a shower at night, hot water is coming out for about a minutes and cold water for 3-4minutes, it is not stable. Also, water pressure is so weak. Except this, I recommend this apartment and we want to come back here again.

A Good comfortable place to stay. It is expensive. I paid nearly 11000baht for 3 nights. They do provide almost a full kitchen and a well furnished, very spacious, beautifully furnished neat 2 bedroom apartment. The thing which irked me was no coffee/salt/pepper/tissues/dish washing tabs. If one is staying for a few weeks, I guess you could buy but for 3 days, it was annoying to buy these necessities. Also, the moment I arrived, the first thing reception lady said to me, " you need to pay". Well, I know that, you have already charged me 50% and as per agreement I can pay 24 hrs after check in. Anyhow paid in full. Then they throw the rule book at you. Quite a few rules. The property is next to a construction site so during the day there is a fair bit of Noise but with closed doors you do not notice it. Just for future travellers- this whole area is undergoing construction so this will be an ongoing thing. Walking distance to beach. Good restaurants on the beach. About 1.5km to the closest 7/11. Beds were great, very comfortable. Supply beach and normal towels. Best part - Free coconuts and Drinking water. Just bring your rations along and ensure you follow the rules then it is a good place to stay.

Amazing place to stay with your friends or family. It’s 5 mins away from Bang Tao Beach and all the beach bar restaurants. Family Mart is also about 400metres away so amenities is not a problem. They also provide motorcycles rental service and also airport transfer at affordable prices. So far 10/10 for their service! Highly recommend!

Couple & 3 teenage children. C-5-2 (Rooftop pool 'penthouse'). To be clear we really enjoyed our 10 night stay......and paid US$55/night for the privilege. The staff make this place. They try hard to provide a clean and luxurious large 2 bedroom apartments. If we had our time again we'd probably choose the ground level apartments - the rooftop pool was a novelty but we rarely used it. The main and lap pools were great. The gym equipment needs maintenance and/or replacement which would be our only criticism that could be controlled by the complex. Unfortunately - and totally out of the control of the complex - it's not so easy to access the beach anymore. Access is via the complex main gate, onto the road and then turn right down an extremely rutted dirt 'road'. Road because its wide enough for 2 lanes but its more pothole than road. Post covid Bang Tao Beach is a myriad of reconstruction and redevelopment which bodes well for the future but presently you'll experience 8am - 6pm construction noise 7 days a week from directly neighbouring properties. This is unlikely to change in the next 6-12 months. It would be worth asking the question prior to booking. We probably would have chosen a different complex had we known. However, we tried hard to focus on the many high points like the very useful complimentary bicycles with the Tesco/Lotus and Night Market being within an easy 1km ride.

The Apartment Hotel is very well managed and very well maintained. Pool is clean and gym well equipped. The apartments are clean and fully equipped. Even Nespresso coffee machine, large terrace with sun beds and dining table. Large size apartment. Staff friendly and helpful. Even free coconut water ☺️

Booking Policy

It is mandatory for all guests to present valid government photo ID’s at the time of check-in.

The primary guests check-in into the hotel must meet the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Extra guests are subject to availability. And it might incur additional charges.

If guests are traveling with a child or children, it is necessary to specify the number of children accompanying them during the hotel booking process to avoid any last-minute complications.

Underage guests are only allowed to check-in with at least one parent or official guardian who fulfils the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Early check-in or late check-out request is subject to availability and the hotel may charge an additional fee for providing such services.

The price paid to Adani One includes room charges, taxes, the specified inclusions mentioned during the booking and convenience fee, if appliable. It does not cover additional services and expenses at the hotel.

Taxes, levies, charges, and any similar government fees, if applicable, will be imposed by the relevant authorities in the jurisdiction where the hotel is located. The guest is responsible for paying all such charges, as applicable.

Guests are required to adhere to any special instructions provided by the hotel. Failure to comply may result in the hotel's right to deny the booking or terminate the stay immediately.

Hotel Cancellation Policy

User can cancel their booking through the Adani One website or app until the check-in date and time. The refund for such cancellations will be subject to the hotel's cancellation policy. Adani One has no say over the refund amount.

Users can only cancel the entire booking. Partial cancellations, such as canceling specific room(s), a portion of the total nights, or specific guests out of the entire group, are not permitted.

User should not cancel the booking directly with the hotel. If a user cancels the booking directly with the hotel, Adani One will not be responsible for any refund.

Cancellation requests made through the online platform or via phone calls are the only valid and accepted methods.

Any cancellation requests made directly to the hotel will not be the responsibility of Adani One.

If you fail to cancel your reservation within the designated cancellation period, as specified by the hotel you booked, you will be responsible for paying the applicable nightly rates, tax recovery charges, and service fees imposed by the hotel. If you do not show up for the first night of your reservation but still plan to check in for the remaining nights, you must inform Adani One of any changes to your reservation no later than the scheduled arrival date for the first night. This is necessary to prevent the cancellation of your entire reservation.

In case of no show at the hotel, you'll be charged the entire booking amount.

Modification and Reschedule Policy

Once the booking is initiated, the user can’t change the name of primary guest, number of guests, age of child/children, number of rooms, and check-in/check-out date and time.

After the booking is confirmed, user will need to cancel their existing booking to create a new one to make any changes such as updating the primary guest, modifying the number of guests, specifying the age of child/children, adjusting the number of rooms, or changing the check-in/check-out date and time etc.
