We had a good stay. Comfortable rooms (we had a superior room with terrace). Unfortunately you cannot adjust the temperature so we found it quite hot. The hotel doesn't have many facilities compared to other Catalonia hotels we've stayed in. The restaurant is awkwardly shoved in a corner downstairs. When we went to get our free welcome cava we were treated a bit strangely and asked to sit outside the restaurant so as not to disturb people eating but we only wanted to cava to take to our room- made us feel a bit dismissed. Overall staff at the front desk were friendly and helpful but the restaurant staff a bit strange. The location is great and the hotel was great value for money compared to others at the same time since it was new year's Eve.

Just great service at any time! When you are in Valencia you should definitely stay here! It’s a perfect location and great rooms for a reasonable price! (We had a private hot up)

Very nice hotel. Large rooms Great bed Location in mid city center Public transport all arround Breakfast a bit too expensive at hotel, as arround the hotel.plenty places to enjoy breakfast and a lot cheaper

Everything in this hotel was great: the service, the amenities, and the friendly staff. One person that deserves a special mention is Luca, at the front desk. He went above and beyond in helping us with a lot of little things, such as reserving a restaurant, recommending places to visit, helping with the car rental, etc... The hotel management should be very happy having a worker like Luca. If I visit Valencia again, I will stay in the same place just because of him. Great service.

Same day booking and check-In, and close to attractions food and airport. This place was clean and looked nice! My only complaint was that it was extremely loud. Especially when they are cleaning the rooms. Walls are really thin so you will hear toilet flushes and people walking by, doors slamming and I personally heard furniture moving around. If you are jet lagged and are looking to sleep past 9am it’s not going to be easy. Also the air conditioning did not seem to be working. Otherwise, staff was friendly and helpful! I had a great stay.
