        Everything about it was fantastic. Upon check in, Thomas at the front desk, was extremely nice and helpful. Him and Michael helped us throughout our stay always with a smile on their faces. The hotel is stunning and has such a vibe, loved every part of it. Breakfast was also delicious, and the location was unbeatable! 10/10 recommend it ☺️

        Fantastic location close to transit but far away enough to be quiet. Service was very pleasant and helpful. Rooms were nicely decorated with good amenities. The rooms do need some upkeep, though it would not deter us returning.

        This hotel has a fabulous location. We stayed in the apartment on the top floor. Quiet, clean and nice once you are in the apartment. However there were to major issues to this hotel. Firstly at no point in booking or emails or communications did the hotel state there was no elevator. We arrived with my elderly mother and many bags. There were stairs to enter the hotel and no access for anyone with any disability. We had to climb 6 very tall flights of stairs. Thank goodness my husband was strong and my family were able bodied otherwise it would have been impossible to get to our room. We were not told about this before we arrived and I would never have booked if I have known. The telephone in the room was broken, so that made it impossible to ask for help with anything (as we couldn't face the huge climb up!). The staff in the hotel were rude, grumpy, sullen and didn't even offer to help my 75 year old mother when she arrived with her bags. Appalling. Would I stay there again no. Was the location great yes.

        Everything wrong with Hotel Catalonia Vondel Amsterdam (we stayed 2 nights, 11/2 - 11/4) - Black, VISIBLE mold on the walls of the room. - Room’s carpet was permanently wet the entirety of our stay. - Door did not lock. Safety hazard! We did not feel safe. - The lights did not turn on, with the exception of one bedside lamp. - Wifi did not work the entirety of our stay. - They enter your room even when you leave out the do not disturb sign. - Bed was broken. If you sat at the foot of the bed, the whole bed would tilt. - The room had a horrible smell. Just a hunch, but probably due to the tremendous amount of mold on the walls? Staff was nice. But cannot emphasize enough that you should NOT stay at the Catalonia Vondel. Amsterdam is a great city— but stay anywhere else.

          Booking Policy
          It is mandatory for all guests to present valid government photo ID’s at the time of check-in.
          The primary guests check-in into the hotel must meet the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.
          Extra guests are subject to availability. And it might incur additional charges.
          If guests are traveling with a child or children, it is necessary to specify the number of children accompanying them during the hotel booking process to avoid any last-minute complications.
          Underage guests are only allowed to check-in with at least one parent or official guardian who fulfils the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.
          Early check-in or late check-out request is subject to availability and the hotel may charge an additional fee for providing such services.
          The price paid to Adani One includes room charges, taxes, the specified inclusions mentioned during the booking and convenience fee, if appliable. It does not cover additional services and expenses at the hotel.
