        Stayed here 3 nights - 4 of us in two separate apartments. They were very clean and in a quiet area despite being so close to one of the busiest areas. There’s a great laundromat a couple blocks away and good dining options close by, if you are tired of walking. Having the little Kitchenette was really nice for morning coffee and snacks. I’d stay here again if we ever return.

        I confirmed my reservation on Nov 6, nearly a month ago. However, today, I received an email stating that the hotel has changed its name to Catalina Serviced Apartments, and they cancelled my reservation already confirmed and paid with no further explanation. This has caused a significant inconvenience, and I am deeply disappointed in how the situation has been handled. It seems there was a lack of consideration for their guests.

        Great value/money proposition. The apartments have everything you will need and more! The shower is amazing and it’s conveniently located near the Metro station. You can also do the laundry a couple of blocks down the street. Five stars!

        Stayed here 3 nights - 4 of us in two separate apartments. They were very clean and in a quiet area despite being so close to one of the busiest areas. There’s a great laundromat a couple blocks away and good dining options close by, if you are tired of walking. Having the little Kitchenette was really nice for morning coffee and snacks. I’d stay here again if we ever return.

        Great value/money proposition. The apartments have everything you will need and more! The shower is amazing and it’s conveniently located near the Metro station. You can also do the laundry a couple of blocks down the street. Five stars!

        Although it is not located in the historical district, it is close to Volyang Station, so access to everything was useful. There are many large shopping malls nearby, but it was very quiet because it was located slightly out of the way, and the facilities were clean and attractive. Especially, the Marshall speaker gave me the comfort of my home during my stay.

          Booking Policy
          It is mandatory for all guests to present valid government photo ID’s at the time of check-in.
          The primary guests check-in into the hotel must meet the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.
          Extra guests are subject to availability. And it might incur additional charges.
          If guests are traveling with a child or children, it is necessary to specify the number of children accompanying them during the hotel booking process to avoid any last-minute complications.
          Underage guests are only allowed to check-in with at least one parent or official guardian who fulfils the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.
          Early check-in or late check-out request is subject to availability and the hotel may charge an additional fee for providing such services.
          The price paid to Adani One includes room charges, taxes, the specified inclusions mentioned during the booking and convenience fee, if appliable. It does not cover additional services and expenses at the hotel.
          Taxes, levies, charges, and any similar government fees, if applicable, will be imposed by the relevant authorities in the jurisdiction where the hotel is located. The guest is responsible for paying all such charges, as applicable.
