The overall location is excellent. Bring right in the heart of Melbourne surrounded by excellent cafes. However the room is small but considering you spend most of the time outside its not an issue. Service is good receptionist always ready to help. The one criticism is the elevator are really slow and you require to take two to get to our rooms.

Barely deserves a three star. You definitely get what you pay for. The rooms are pretty small. Beware of the breakfast! It's an extra cost and you will find better value in the cafes downstairs. I left late one morning and asked if they could make sure my room didn't get missed on the cleaning rounds, it's was. My wife had to crash tackle a staff member to the ground and wrestle a toilet roll from his hands , because they ignored repeated requests to leave us an extra roll. The staff were nice enough but clearly don't know what they are doing half the time. Good times.

The room was small, but the bed was comfortable and room was clean. Definitely good value for money. Continental breakfast was included and parking price was great....charge was per exit. WE used free tram while we were there, so only had 1 exit charge the day we checked out. Location is fantastic!! Would definitely stay again

The location was great but the lifts broke down and everyone had to walk up steps. Felt sorry for people on high floors. Then we had an issue with the door cards. When we came back to our room after being out all day, our door to the room was ajar. The cleaners had apparently forgot to lick it behind them. Not a good thing for any guest. Apart from that, the staff are nice and the room comfortable.

Not impressed having to take two elevators, the first one as old as 1920's and then walking the length of the building to take second elevator for third floor! The location was good! But accommodations we're not towards handicapped people! Entrance to the hotel is in an Ally! Don't pay attention to their website photos! There are 3 of these hotels with the same area! Each one is different, which I learned after I arrived, thinking I was staying at the one I saw on photo! Room was okay, not cleaned on a daily basis! Very crowded. No room for suitcases! Had to leave one on bed! I wouldn't recommend this particular hotel in Melbourne, unless you are really needing a room!

Booking Policy

It is mandatory for all guests to present valid government photo ID’s at the time of check-in.

The primary guests check-in into the hotel must meet the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Extra guests are subject to availability. And it might incur additional charges.

If guests are traveling with a child or children, it is necessary to specify the number of children accompanying them during the hotel booking process to avoid any last-minute complications.

Underage guests are only allowed to check-in with at least one parent or official guardian who fulfils the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Early check-in or late check-out request is subject to availability and the hotel may charge an additional fee for providing such services.

The price paid to Adani One includes room charges, taxes, the specified inclusions mentioned during the booking and convenience fee, if appliable. It does not cover additional services and expenses at the hotel.

Taxes, levies, charges, and any similar government fees, if applicable, will be imposed by the relevant authorities in the jurisdiction where the hotel is located. The guest is responsible for paying all such charges, as applicable.

Hotel Cancellation Policy

Users can only cancel the entire booking. Partial cancellations, such as canceling specific room(s), a portion of the total nights, or specific guests out of the entire group, are not permitted.

User should not cancel the booking directly with the hotel. If a user cancels the booking directly with the hotel, Adani One will not be responsible for any refund.

Cancellation requests made through the online platform or via phone calls are the only valid and accepted methods.

Any cancellation requests made directly to the hotel will not be the responsibility of Adani One.

If you fail to cancel your reservation within the designated cancellation period, as specified by the hotel you booked, you will be responsible for paying the applicable nightly rates, tax recovery charges, and service fees imposed by the hotel. If you do not show up for the first night of your reservation but still plan to check in for the remaining nights, you must inform Adani One of any changes to your reservation no later than the scheduled arrival date for the first night. This is necessary to prevent the cancellation of your entire reservation.

After the booking is confirmed, user will need to cancel their existing booking to create a new one to make any changes such as updating the primary guest, modifying the number of guests, specifying the age of child/children, adjusting the number of rooms, or changing the check-in/check-out date and time etc.
