One of the best staycation we ever had! The staff we're very accomodating and friendly. I really commend their customer service, it was indeed an excellent experience. Kudos to Sir John Anthony and Sir Mike for assisting us in this stay, surely we'll be recommending you to our family and friends.

very nice hotel. literally across landers, which was nice. had basic amenities, the hotel toothbrush feels nice too. the staff was very nice and accomodating esp when we asked to leave our luggages as we arrived early before check in time the room was abit dusty when we arrived and it was kind of annoying to book a grab bc they’ll always pick u up at the intersection, not directly to the hotel because the road is one way. so u’ll have to walk just under 30 seconds but i felt bad for my senior citizen grandma. if thats not a problem then this place is aight.

This is a very nice hotel. The location is great within walking distance to Ayala Center and food options close too. The staff is wonderful and very helpful. There is a restaurant on the first floor that has delicious food and good coffee. The rooms are super clean and in great condition. The only downside is the noise can be loud in some rooms near the road. They also use thin Korean Blinds that do not block light (day or night from the street). So if you are a light sleeper you may have issues.

Perfect hotel for those who are into Cebuano history vibes! Very prime location, just very near Ayala Center and Landers. With basement parking. Ambiance is very classic. Loved their galleon inspired cafe. And the rooms were clean and comfortable. Highly recommended hotel for any guests! Take note that this is a catholic themed hotel, but everybody is welcome. Their service is impeccable, and their staff makes sure to make you feel comfortable. Will definitely be back here when given a chance!

The room was quite pleasant and clean. It was also huge compared to other hotel rooms. The staff were accommodating, friendly, and polite even though we arrived at midnight. The lobby has exhibits about the history of Cebu. This is a place to come back to if you want to experience the hospitality of the Cebuanos.

Booking Policy

It is mandatory for all guests to present valid government photo ID’s at the time of check-in.

The primary guests check-in into the hotel must meet the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Extra guests are subject to availability. And it might incur additional charges.

If guests are traveling with a child or children, it is necessary to specify the number of children accompanying them during the hotel booking process to avoid any last-minute complications.

Underage guests are only allowed to check-in with at least one parent or official guardian who fulfils the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Early check-in or late check-out request is subject to availability and the hotel may charge an additional fee for providing such services.

The price paid to Adani One includes room charges, taxes, the specified inclusions mentioned during the booking and convenience fee, if appliable. It does not cover additional services and expenses at the hotel.

Taxes, levies, charges, and any similar government fees, if applicable, will be imposed by the relevant authorities in the jurisdiction where the hotel is located. The guest is responsible for paying all such charges, as applicable.

Hotel Cancellation Policy

User can cancel their booking through the Adani One website or app until the check-in date and time. The refund for such cancellations will be subject to the hotel's cancellation policy. Adani One has no say over the refund amount.

Users can only cancel the entire booking. Partial cancellations, such as canceling specific room(s), a portion of the total nights, or specific guests out of the entire group, are not permitted.

User should not cancel the booking directly with the hotel. If a user cancels the booking directly with the hotel, Adani One will not be responsible for any refund.

Cancellation requests made through the online platform or via phone calls are the only valid and accepted methods.

Modification and Reschedule Policy

Once the booking is initiated, the user can’t change the name of primary guest, number of guests, age of child/children, number of rooms, and check-in/check-out date and time.

After the booking is confirmed, user will need to cancel their existing booking to create a new one to make any changes such as updating the primary guest, modifying the number of guests, specifying the age of child/children, adjusting the number of rooms, or changing the check-in/check-out date and time etc.
