Good service with there guest. Affordable. My only complain is that its not so sound proof on the outside part you still can hear the music and noise outside. But still its a great place with a good customer service.

Scam, we asked repeatedly for the rate for 24 hrs and what they gave us is the rate for 12 hrs. After 12 hrs we were shocked they were telling us to check out. The front desk attendant did not apologize and had an attitude. She was mad because we were complaining. She was very masungit and was irritated at us. Nobody apologized for their mistake at all. The room was dusty and thebshowers do not work properly. Will not go back. Ever.

The place is surrounded by busy streets. The hotel was not very orderly when we checked in due to ongoing renovation. Nevertheless, room is spacious for 2 persons. The shower in our room was somehow defective and we needed assistance from a crew. Internet is satisfactory, we were able to surf at high speed. Place is easily accessible by Grab or Uber. They also serve food at low and reasonable prices without service charges.

Budget hotel. I only paid Php 1344 for 4 people. This is a no frills hotel. We only stayed here for a few hours after we arrived in Cebu at around 1215am. I chose this because it's near the South Bus terminal. There's a 711 nearby and the place is surrounded by bars. Good to stay for one night. You can request for a thermos with hot water for only 20 pesos.

Booking Policy

It is mandatory for all guests to present valid government photo ID’s at the time of check-in.

The primary guests check-in into the hotel must meet the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Extra guests are subject to availability. And it might incur additional charges.

If guests are traveling with a child or children, it is necessary to specify the number of children accompanying them during the hotel booking process to avoid any last-minute complications.

Underage guests are only allowed to check-in with at least one parent or official guardian who fulfils the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Early check-in or late check-out request is subject to availability and the hotel may charge an additional fee for providing such services.

The price paid to Adani One includes room charges, taxes, the specified inclusions mentioned during the booking and convenience fee, if appliable. It does not cover additional services and expenses at the hotel.

Taxes, levies, charges, and any similar government fees, if applicable, will be imposed by the relevant authorities in the jurisdiction where the hotel is located. The guest is responsible for paying all such charges, as applicable.

Guests are required to adhere to any special instructions provided by the hotel. Failure to comply may result in the hotel's right to deny the booking or terminate the stay immediately.

For any special requests, please write in the designated section while booking on the Adani One platform. Hotel Cancellation Policy

User can cancel their booking through the Adani One website or app until the check-in date and time. The refund for such cancellations will be subject to the hotel's cancellation policy. Adani One has no say over the refund amount.

Users can only cancel the entire booking. Partial cancellations, such as canceling specific room(s), a portion of the total nights, or specific guests out of the entire group, are not permitted.

User should not cancel the booking directly with the hotel. If a user cancels the booking directly with the hotel, Adani One will not be responsible for any refund.

Cancellation requests made through the online platform or via phone calls are the only valid and accepted methods.

Any cancellation requests made directly to the hotel will not be the responsibility of Adani One.

If you fail to cancel your reservation within the designated cancellation period, as specified by the hotel you booked, you will be responsible for paying the applicable nightly rates, tax recovery charges, and service fees imposed by the hotel. If you do not show up for the first night of your reservation but still plan to check in for the remaining nights, you must inform Adani One of any changes to your reservation no later than the scheduled arrival date for the first night. This is necessary to prevent the cancellation of your entire reservation.

Modification and Reschedule Policy

Once the booking is initiated, the user can’t change the name of primary guest, number of guests, age of child/children, number of rooms, and check-in/check-out date and time.

After the booking is confirmed, user will need to cancel their existing booking to create a new one to make any changes such as updating the primary guest, modifying the number of guests, specifying the age of child/children, adjusting the number of rooms, or changing the check-in/check-out date and time etc.
