The location can’t be beat, as it is super close to Sultanahmet Square. Breakfast is good and staff is nice. Our first stay there was in a cute, all-pink room. But it was small and the bathroom smelled bad. Others in our group confirmed that their rooms also had a bad smell. When we returned for a final night, we were given a larger room, a suite, that was much more comfortable and spacious. And thankfully it didn’t smell. Randomly they did not have an iron at the hotel. If you stay here, walk a few minutes to the Ottoman Cafe for dinner, it’s delicious!

Normally I prefer 5 stars to stay but this time my travel advisor said for the first time in Turkey and want to explore Istanbul so better stay in the city, very convenient and close to Hagia Sofia and all tourists attractions. Please pick the top type of room so more comfortable ☺️

We had to try two rooms. The hotel is ideally located. The hotel staff is ideal. Unfortunately the hotel has no soundproofing: on the second night, under the hotel window, a bunch of Russians screamed and yelled at the top of their lungs for hours, which meant I didn't get to sleep until 3 am... And I had to get on the plane at 4:30 am... On the first day, they didn't give us the room we had booked with a double bed, so we had to sleep in twin beds and then change the room the next day. The room had everything you needed, but the sink smelled bad and had to be kept closed all the time. The breakfast sausages were supposed to be warm, but the staff had apparently been saving on the heating 'candles' for the metal food containers, so I had cold sausages. The TV showed channels in Turkish, English, German and Russian, which was great, but the picture quality was very poor.

The room that we got was spacious with a big washroom initially then we were given another one which had a small washroom but both were well maintained and the staff cleaned them everyday. Our luggage was also safely handled by the hotel staff and the breakfast that was served included tasty cakes and pastries cheese honey fresh fruit and salad. The sweet and savory items were up to mark and highly recommended.

Highly recommended Hotel especially for first timers in Istanbul. Located in the old part of Istanbul you can easily see all the highlights. Good breakfast buffet. Clean rooms. Nice small hotel. We stayed for 3 nights and we got a very early check-in without additional charges. Thank you 🙏

Booking Policy

It is mandatory for all guests to present valid government photo ID’s at the time of check-in.

The primary guests check-in into the hotel must meet the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Extra guests are subject to availability. And it might incur additional charges.

If guests are traveling with a child or children, it is necessary to specify the number of children accompanying them during the hotel booking process to avoid any last-minute complications.

Underage guests are only allowed to check-in with at least one parent or official guardian who fulfils the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Early check-in or late check-out request is subject to availability and the hotel may charge an additional fee for providing such services.

The price paid to Adani One includes room charges, taxes, the specified inclusions mentioned during the booking and convenience fee, if appliable. It does not cover additional services and expenses at the hotel.

Taxes, levies, charges, and any similar government fees, if applicable, will be imposed by the relevant authorities in the jurisdiction where the hotel is located. The guest is responsible for paying all such charges, as applicable.

Hotel Cancellation Policy

User can cancel their booking through the Adani One website or app until the check-in date and time. The refund for such cancellations will be subject to the hotel's cancellation policy. Adani One has no say over the refund amount.

Users can only cancel the entire booking. Partial cancellations, such as canceling specific room(s), a portion of the total nights, or specific guests out of the entire group, are not permitted.

User should not cancel the booking directly with the hotel. If a user cancels the booking directly with the hotel, Adani One will not be responsible for any refund.

Cancellation requests made through the online platform or via phone calls are the only valid and accepted methods.

Any cancellation requests made directly to the hotel will not be the responsibility of Adani One.

If you fail to cancel your reservation within the designated cancellation period, as specified by the hotel you booked, you will be responsible for paying the applicable nightly rates, tax recovery charges, and service fees imposed by the hotel. If you do not show up for the first night of your reservation but still plan to check in for the remaining nights, you must inform Adani One of any changes to your reservation no later than the scheduled arrival date for the first night. This is necessary to prevent the cancellation of your entire reservation.

Modification and Reschedule Policy

Once the booking is initiated, the user can’t change the name of primary guest, number of guests, age of child/children, number of rooms, and check-in/check-out date and time.

After the booking is confirmed, user will need to cancel their existing booking to create a new one to make any changes such as updating the primary guest, modifying the number of guests, specifying the age of child/children, adjusting the number of rooms, or changing the check-in/check-out date and time etc.
