Our room was like a broom closet. Not well lit, hidden in a corner near the elevator, no pool view or ocean view. I think they should stop selling these no-view rooms.

When we arrived, we were waiting for housecleaning to “prepare” our three rooms for the last 2 hours with no ETA in sight. Lounge was riddled with uncleared cups of draft waters by previous guests, ACs turned off at 1PM in the middle of the scorching summer. We did get the 3 booked rooms before the promised 2PM, so they technically delivered on their promise. End rant, now here’s the good part: great view, decent-ish food (okay breakfast, meh dinner/a la carte), really nice beach. Everything is definitely on par with a 5* resort, but honestly barely. Still prefers my Sun Spa experience, but unfortunately I heard they depreciated hard.

Wonderful resort and amazing staff! Very highly recommended to anyone who is looking for a relaxing and excellent experience in Quang Binh. We stayed at Celina for 5 nights and has been simply excellent!!! We booked a pool view room (already spacious and super clean) that was upgraded with a suite with great pool and sea view. All the staff and especially Ms Thao made extra effort to make us feel special guests and have an unforgettable vacation.

I've never stayed in any 5 stars hotel which doesn't have conditioner, when i called reception, she answer that: we dont have but we sell for 5k vnd/pack. Also my flight is at 6pm, i asked their support for late check out at 2pm. They said they charge 30% of 1 day price. This hotel is opposite 5 stars and not professional at all. They dont know how to support and make customers happy. Plus i will never come back !

Great design, great service The design is impressive. Facilities are great, worth to explore different activities. We can enjoy whole day at this hotel. Beach and pool are very nice. i love this hotel. We will visit again.

Booking Policy

It is mandatory for all guests to present valid government photo ID’s at the time of check-in.

The primary guests check-in into the hotel must meet the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Extra guests are subject to availability. And it might incur additional charges.

If guests are traveling with a child or children, it is necessary to specify the number of children accompanying them during the hotel booking process to avoid any last-minute complications.

Underage guests are only allowed to check-in with at least one parent or official guardian who fulfils the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Early check-in or late check-out request is subject to availability and the hotel may charge an additional fee for providing such services.

The price paid to Adani One includes room charges, taxes, the specified inclusions mentioned during the booking and convenience fee, if appliable. It does not cover additional services and expenses at the hotel.

Taxes, levies, charges, and any similar government fees, if applicable, will be imposed by the relevant authorities in the jurisdiction where the hotel is located. The guest is responsible for paying all such charges, as applicable.

Guests are required to adhere to any special instructions provided by the hotel. Failure to comply may result in the hotel's right to deny the booking or terminate the stay immediately.

Hotel Cancellation Policy

User can cancel their booking through the Adani One website or app until the check-in date and time. The refund for such cancellations will be subject to the hotel's cancellation policy. Adani One has no say over the refund amount.

Users can only cancel the entire booking. Partial cancellations, such as canceling specific room(s), a portion of the total nights, or specific guests out of the entire group, are not permitted.

User should not cancel the booking directly with the hotel. If a user cancels the booking directly with the hotel, Adani One will not be responsible for any refund.

Cancellation requests made through the online platform or via phone calls are the only valid and accepted methods.

Any cancellation requests made directly to the hotel will not be the responsibility of Adani One.

If you fail to cancel your reservation within the designated cancellation period, as specified by the hotel you booked, you will be responsible for paying the applicable nightly rates, tax recovery charges, and service fees imposed by the hotel. If you do not show up for the first night of your reservation but still plan to check in for the remaining nights, you must inform Adani One of any changes to your reservation no later than the scheduled arrival date for the first night. This is necessary to prevent the cancellation of your entire reservation.

In case of no show at the hotel, you'll be charged the entire booking amount.

Modification and Reschedule Policy

Once the booking is initiated, the user can’t change the name of primary guest, number of guests, age of child/children, number of rooms, and check-in/check-out date and time.

After the booking is confirmed, user will need to cancel their existing booking to create a new one to make any changes such as updating the primary guest, modifying the number of guests, specifying the age of child/children, adjusting the number of rooms, or changing the check-in/check-out date and time etc.
