With close proximity to the centre of Florence, this hotel certainly lived up to its name of Boutique. Every interior aspect is boutique and a pleasure for the eyes. Service during our 3 night visit was always pleasant and welcoming and helpful. There is a nice option to have a drink on a rooftop garden area and a bar within the hotel as well. The breakfast is fantastic with a nice variety of foods and multiple areas to choose from to sit and eat. The room we stayed in was the perfect size for us, although the bathroom had an issue with water easily flowing out of the shower recess. We needed some additional floor mats, which they were happy to provide

Loved this hotel. I've stayed at some swanky places in NYC, Canda, Cancun, Australia, but I really adore this hotel. The rooms were spotless, the bathroom was fantastic, plenty of room and storage to unpack and bonus, the breakfast was so good (and included). There is also a library/speakeasy/bar in the hotel, and the gentleman behind the bar is amazing and so nice. There is a great restaurant next door and the hotel is about an 8-10 minute walk to the town center. There are several coffee houses and great restaurants if you want to venture on the side streets. I traveled by myself and could walk day and night without any issues...the area is really safe. If you do use the elevator, just remember this is an old building, so definitely recommend one person at a time. The top of the hotel has a rooftop garden, so if you want to just have a quiet evening, you can grab local meat and cheese with some wine and enjoy the Tuscan night air. It's about a 16-minute cab ride with no traffic and about a 40 with traffic. I can not say enough good things about this hotel. The front desk staff was incredibly helpful. Highly recommend

The best hotel we stayed in Italy!! We travel all over Italy for 2 weeks this hotel was amazing!! Staff, breakfast amazing and the hotel it self was wow couldn’t ask for more!! The location is good 10 walk to center and 5 minutes to train station easy to get there. I would go back always and recommend to all my friends

I honestly cannot wrap my head around the fact that this hotel could be rated as a four star establishment. It is a fairly run-down place which may have seen its better days sometime in the nineties, but since then I think no authorities in Italy actually bothered to check back on the standard. Absolutely not worth the price, nor would it exhibit any other great qualities, even in terms of cleanliness. Only upside is the very good location and an okay breakfast. My experience was exacerbated by the fact that the room was literally located around the elevator shaft, which made the stay all the more unbearable. I would not be offered a different room (edit: I was offered a different room on the second day, which I appreciated). Notwithstanding, rooms are small, quite run-down and honestly not well cleaned (bathroom, closets etc). I would not recommend, at this price you will be much better off booking a private apartment, which I will definitely do next time when in Florence.

Very good food. Great and friendlly service. The rooms were very clean and the bed was super comfortable. The only thing I had an issue with was the water tempreture. It was ok for most of my stay but in te last day it would get boiling hot out of nowhere. Not such a big problem as it happened obly once. Overall a great experience and the staff was very profesionall.

Booking Policy

It is mandatory for all guests to present valid government photo ID’s at the time of check-in.

The primary guests check-in into the hotel must meet the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Extra guests are subject to availability. And it might incur additional charges.

If guests are traveling with a child or children, it is necessary to specify the number of children accompanying them during the hotel booking process to avoid any last-minute complications.

Underage guests are only allowed to check-in with at least one parent or official guardian who fulfils the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Early check-in or late check-out request is subject to availability and the hotel may charge an additional fee for providing such services.

The price paid to Adani One includes room charges, taxes, the specified inclusions mentioned during the booking and convenience fee, if appliable. It does not cover additional services and expenses at the hotel.

Taxes, levies, charges, and any similar government fees, if applicable, will be imposed by the relevant authorities in the jurisdiction where the hotel is located. The guest is responsible for paying all such charges, as applicable.

Guests are required to adhere to any special instructions provided by the hotel. Failure to comply may result in the hotel's right to deny the booking or terminate the stay immediately.

Cancellation requests made through the online platform or via phone calls are the only valid and accepted methods.

If you fail to cancel your reservation within the designated cancellation period, as specified by the hotel you booked, you will be responsible for paying the applicable nightly rates, tax recovery charges, and service fees imposed by the hotel. If you do not show up for the first night of your reservation but still plan to check in for the remaining nights, you must inform Adani One of any changes to your reservation no later than the scheduled arrival date for the first night. This is necessary to prevent the cancellation of your entire reservation.

Modification and Reschedule Policy

After the booking is confirmed, user will need to cancel their existing booking to create a new one to make any changes such as updating the primary guest, modifying the number of guests, specifying the age of child/children, adjusting the number of rooms, or changing the check-in/check-out date and time etc.
