The double room was fairly small but very nice. Its view was breathtaking, directly to the river from above, simply awesome. The location is nice but a bit far from most city's hotspots as a tourist, you've certainly got a walk ahead. The price was pretty good in comparisson to others offering similar places around. On the other hand, it's not a "hostel" per se honestly, I'd say it's more of a bed and breakfast. As there are no common areas, such as lounge, realxing/tv room, nor kitchen. Not being able to cook, or have at least a fridge is undoubtedly a point down. A big thing to mention are the beds, they are as squeaky as it gets, inctedibly loud. Also, the attention from the staff, well it's not bad, but not very communicative and with some language restrictions. As well, the person from reception is also in charge of other stuff, so many times it might be closed, eveb when arriving, and the doorbell is pointless, so you've got to call. As a tourist that's not good. Also, but simply because of that, once inside you don't know where to go if the reception is closed as mentioned. Eitherway, for its prices it is quiet recommended.

We booked a few nights here months before our trip. When we checked in, we found out that our reservation had been cancelled. We offered a different room for 20 euros more per nigh. Since we arrived late in the day, were new to the area and had nowhere to go, we decided to take it. They wanted cash to secure the room and would not take a credit card. For 50 euros a night, we were very disappointed. The plumbing for the shower was on the outside of the wall and if we touched the wrong pipe while taking a shower, it was scalding hot. The door handle for the bathroom did not hold the door closed. The shower door was not properly fitted and fell off the hinges. I know its a hostel and our expectations should be low but many basic things required repairs. Complete rip off for the price we paid. At least the door locked and the bed was clean.

We loved the girls from the reception as they where very polite, and helped us with the very late check-in, due to our flight being delayed a lot. But the rooms aren't that great. We got one with a private bathroom, but it smelled very bad like pee.

Booking Policy

It is mandatory for all guests to present valid government photo ID’s at the time of check-in.

The primary guests check-in into the hotel must meet the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Extra guests are subject to availability. And it might incur additional charges.

If guests are traveling with a child or children, it is necessary to specify the number of children accompanying them during the hotel booking process to avoid any last-minute complications.

Underage guests are only allowed to check-in with at least one parent or official guardian who fulfils the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Early check-in or late check-out request is subject to availability and the hotel may charge an additional fee for providing such services.

The price paid to Adani One includes room charges, taxes, the specified inclusions mentioned during the booking and convenience fee, if appliable. It does not cover additional services and expenses at the hotel.

Taxes, levies, charges, and any similar government fees, if applicable, will be imposed by the relevant authorities in the jurisdiction where the hotel is located. The guest is responsible for paying all such charges, as applicable.

Guests are required to adhere to any special instructions provided by the hotel. Failure to comply may result in the hotel's right to deny the booking or terminate the stay immediately.

Hotel Cancellation Policy

User can cancel their booking through the Adani One website or app until the check-in date and time. The refund for such cancellations will be subject to the hotel's cancellation policy. Adani One has no say over the refund amount.

Users can only cancel the entire booking. Partial cancellations, such as canceling specific room(s), a portion of the total nights, or specific guests out of the entire group, are not permitted.

User should not cancel the booking directly with the hotel. If a user cancels the booking directly with the hotel, Adani One will not be responsible for any refund.

Cancellation requests made through the online platform or via phone calls are the only valid and accepted methods.

Any cancellation requests made directly to the hotel will not be the responsibility of Adani One.

If you fail to cancel your reservation within the designated cancellation period, as specified by the hotel you booked, you will be responsible for paying the applicable nightly rates, tax recovery charges, and service fees imposed by the hotel. If you do not show up for the first night of your reservation but still plan to check in for the remaining nights, you must inform Adani One of any changes to your reservation no later than the scheduled arrival date for the first night. This is necessary to prevent the cancellation of your entire reservation.

In case of no show at the hotel, you'll be charged the entire booking amount.

Modification and Reschedule Policy

Once the booking is initiated, the user can’t change the name of primary guest, number of guests, age of child/children, number of rooms, and check-in/check-out date and time.

After the booking is confirmed, user will need to cancel their existing booking to create a new one to make any changes such as updating the primary guest, modifying the number of guests, specifying the age of child/children, adjusting the number of rooms, or changing the check-in/check-out date and time etc.
