We spent one night at the Cenobio Hotel and were very happy with our stay. The staff (Damiano and Betty) were extremely friendly and helpful. Prior to our arrival they had arranged a parking spot in the public garage and also helped us with the luggage as the hotel is a bit difficult to find. They also gave us great advice for sightseeing and restaurants. We stayed in one of the cave rooms and just loved the atmosphere. Since the hotel is located on the edge of the old town, it was very quiet during the night and the beds were comfortable. The breakfast offered a large variety of food. We would definitely come back!

A very special place. Stunning rooms and amazing hospitality. The showers and air conditioning in the rooms were perfect and exactly what we needed after staying in air bnbs for the last week. If you drive into town the parking and transfer were well worth it as they help you through the windy streets with your luggage. Mario, the concierge, is such a delight - extremely friendly and helpful.

A beautiful hotel in a unique town. Staying in a cave was a really great experience. The room was large with a comfortable bed. Super quiet at night too. Breakfast was good and staff were helpful. My only complaint is the bathroom - first there is no separation for the toilet (no door, curtain or anything) so you must be super comfortable with your travelling companion. Also we had a large jacuzzi tub which was very nice - but there was a decorative rope around the edge which was turning black with mold. We wiped the floor to clean up a bit of water and the towel turned black. Even though there are dehumidifiers running, it is not enough for the bathroom area and needs a good deep cleaning.

Booking Policy

It is mandatory for all guests to present valid government photo ID’s at the time of check-in.

The primary guests check-in into the hotel must meet the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Extra guests are subject to availability. And it might incur additional charges.

If guests are traveling with a child or children, it is necessary to specify the number of children accompanying them during the hotel booking process to avoid any last-minute complications.

Underage guests are only allowed to check-in with at least one parent or official guardian who fulfils the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Early check-in or late check-out request is subject to availability and the hotel may charge an additional fee for providing such services.

The price paid to Adani One includes room charges, taxes, the specified inclusions mentioned during the booking and convenience fee, if appliable. It does not cover additional services and expenses at the hotel.

Taxes, levies, charges, and any similar government fees, if applicable, will be imposed by the relevant authorities in the jurisdiction where the hotel is located. The guest is responsible for paying all such charges, as applicable.

Users can only cancel the entire booking. Partial cancellations, such as canceling specific room(s), a portion of the total nights, or specific guests out of the entire group, are not permitted.

User should not cancel the booking directly with the hotel. If a user cancels the booking directly with the hotel, Adani One will not be responsible for any refund.

Cancellation requests made through the online platform or via phone calls are the only valid and accepted methods.

After the booking is confirmed, user will need to cancel their existing booking to create a new one to make any changes such as updating the primary guest, modifying the number of guests, specifying the age of child/children, adjusting the number of rooms, or changing the check-in/check-out date and time etc.
