Really enjoyable stay. Nice hotel and perfectly situated for getting around Pattaya. 5 minutes walk to beach, bars and restaurants. Rooms comfortable and cleaned every day. Fresh towels provided. Staff cannot do enough to help you. Reception staff always on call and deal with any issue with a smile. Restaurant staff excellent especially Nun who went above and beyond. We will be back

Centara Azure is a great location. Very central, walking Street and Tree Town is about 15 minutes walk from the hotel. The rooms are a bit dated and can use some updating. Swimming pool is the length of the hotel and is great fo doing laps. the restaurant is one of the highlights for the hotel, they have a variety of local and international breakfast selection. They have a special noodle soup dish that changes every morning that we have been here. The staff is very accommodating, helpful and friendly, especially Nun. She made our stay here very enjoyable I would come back to this hotel again. we got a good rate from Agoda.

The hotel staffs are nice and helpful. The breakfast is great and there is a central view aquarium which children so keen to sit next to it. The room is just the right size for two grown-ups and two children family. The pool is also great.

- Late check-in - i was 2 adults & 2 kids need 2 rooms - No respond from the hotel they give room depend on them not as you requested. - i request up floor they give me lower floor? - ⁠the duty manager dont care about guests just she is try to convince the guests about what availability and she stand with her staff and the staff is very rude. - ⁠the hotel now is change of hospitality and value. - ⁠i don’t recommend anyone to stay in this hotel. - ⁠this my third time but is one of bad experience at hotels. - ⁠in Pattaya now the hotels they dont care about guests if you don’t like they have others.

I recently stayed at Centara hotel for two days and decided to explore their sauna sessions and swimming pool. I used both the wet and dry saunas and also went for a swim. Unfortunately, the saunas appeared unclean and had a noticeable urine odor. The dry sauna had broken wooden seats with dangerously hot steel screws sticking out, posing a risk of burns and injuries. The wooden floor was old and dirty, now having a black color, indicating a lack of cleaning and maintenance. The swimming pool area also raised concerns as external pumps were running with an electrical extension lead along the footpath. The pool itself was not well-maintained, with a dirty appearance and a damp smell. The water had a green tint, and visible green spots at the bottom suggested potential health hazards, possibly legionella bacteria. After my sessions in the sauna and pool, the next day, I had to seek medical attention at the hospital. The doctor diagnosed me with three infections: two skin infections on both hands and feet, and the most severe one was an eye infection. I strongly advise avoiding these facilities and recommend reporting these issues to the reception desk for the well-being of future guests.

Booking Policy

It is mandatory for all guests to present valid government photo ID’s at the time of check-in.

The primary guests check-in into the hotel must meet the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Extra guests are subject to availability. And it might incur additional charges.

If guests are traveling with a child or children, it is necessary to specify the number of children accompanying them during the hotel booking process to avoid any last-minute complications.

Underage guests are only allowed to check-in with at least one parent or official guardian who fulfils the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Early check-in or late check-out request is subject to availability and the hotel may charge an additional fee for providing such services.

The price paid to Adani One includes room charges, taxes, the specified inclusions mentioned during the booking and convenience fee, if appliable. It does not cover additional services and expenses at the hotel.

Taxes, levies, charges, and any similar government fees, if applicable, will be imposed by the relevant authorities in the jurisdiction where the hotel is located. The guest is responsible for paying all such charges, as applicable.

Guests are required to adhere to any special instructions provided by the hotel. Failure to comply may result in the hotel's right to deny the booking or terminate the stay immediately.

Hotel Cancellation Policy

User can cancel their booking through the Adani One website or app until the check-in date and time. The refund for such cancellations will be subject to the hotel's cancellation policy. Adani One has no say over the refund amount.

Users can only cancel the entire booking. Partial cancellations, such as canceling specific room(s), a portion of the total nights, or specific guests out of the entire group, are not permitted.

User should not cancel the booking directly with the hotel. If a user cancels the booking directly with the hotel, Adani One will not be responsible for any refund.

Cancellation requests made through the online platform or via phone calls are the only valid and accepted methods.

Any cancellation requests made directly to the hotel will not be the responsibility of Adani One.

If you fail to cancel your reservation within the designated cancellation period, as specified by the hotel you booked, you will be responsible for paying the applicable nightly rates, tax recovery charges, and service fees imposed by the hotel. If you do not show up for the first night of your reservation but still plan to check in for the remaining nights, you must inform Adani One of any changes to your reservation no later than the scheduled arrival date for the first night. This is necessary to prevent the cancellation of your entire reservation.

Modification and Reschedule Policy

Once the booking is initiated, the user can’t change the name of primary guest, number of guests, age of child/children, number of rooms, and check-in/check-out date and time.

After the booking is confirmed, user will need to cancel their existing booking to create a new one to make any changes such as updating the primary guest, modifying the number of guests, specifying the age of child/children, adjusting the number of rooms, or changing the check-in/check-out date and time etc.
