Wasn't the biggest fan of this resort. First time staying at the Centara brand and wasn't really impressed. Negative points: - Cleanliness of room, they don't change the sheets they rotate it. - there were ants in the room - first day we went to breakfast and were putting our first bite of food into our mouth, the server brought us the bill. - make sure you review bills, as you get charged for things you didn't order Positive points: - The Cove and the Mare Italian Restaurant, have good food and good service. They had a great Brunch option one Sunday. It was great options - beach is clean and not to busy Overall okay resort, we have another Centara hotel booked in Bangkok. We tried to cancel our reservation as we have 3 rooms booked and werent happy with this experience. But we couldn't get a refund. Not looking forward to see what they offer there.

The Animation team did a very good job of keeping my kids entertained and everyday when we were in the resort, we looked forward to the activities that the Animation team had in store for us. I think this resort was for sure one of the best we’ve ever been to so I really recommend you book a room!

We had high expectations but compared to other chains we stayed at and for the price we payed for this resort we were not satisfied. The room cleanliness was not there, we had to ask for them to clean rooms and noticed sheets were not changed. There were items added to our bill which we did not purchase but this was rectified quickly. Breakfast is mediocre, nothing too special.

We had the most relaxing amazing stay here, absolutely beautiful and serene. The staff went above and beyond especially the pool bar staff. The breakfast buffet was amazing. Our trip was with luxury escapes which included meals and beverages, my only pick with this was I wish they included little more variety on package menu and offered all restaurants! I would definitely stay here again. Thank you for your amazing hospitality.

Beautiful hotel in great location, gorgeous pool areas with access to beach. We booked a corner balcony with jacuzzi so worth it. Away from the riff raff of main strip in karon beach but close enough to walk. Small piece of paradise with lovely staff. Tina from entertainment very nice had a great free kayak session with her in the beach and morning sun yoga. Would recommend and return.

Booking Policy

It is mandatory for all guests to present valid government photo ID’s at the time of check-in.

The primary guests check-in into the hotel must meet the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Extra guests are subject to availability. And it might incur additional charges.

If guests are traveling with a child or children, it is necessary to specify the number of children accompanying them during the hotel booking process to avoid any last-minute complications.

Underage guests are only allowed to check-in with at least one parent or official guardian who fulfils the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Early check-in or late check-out request is subject to availability and the hotel may charge an additional fee for providing such services.

The price paid to Adani One includes room charges, taxes, the specified inclusions mentioned during the booking and convenience fee, if appliable. It does not cover additional services and expenses at the hotel.

Taxes, levies, charges, and any similar government fees, if applicable, will be imposed by the relevant authorities in the jurisdiction where the hotel is located. The guest is responsible for paying all such charges, as applicable.

Guests are required to adhere to any special instructions provided by the hotel. Failure to comply may result in the hotel's right to deny the booking or terminate the stay immediately.

For any special requests, please write in the designated section while booking on the Adani One platform. We will forward these requests to the hotel; however, please note that the hotel may or may not be able to accommodate them depending on availability at the time of check-in. Hotel Cancellation Policy

User can cancel their booking through the Adani One website or app until the check-in date and time. The refund for such cancellations will be subject to the hotel's cancellation policy. Adani One has no say over the refund amount.

Users can only cancel the entire booking. Partial cancellations, such as canceling specific room(s), a portion of the total nights, or specific guests out of the entire group, are not permitted.

User should not cancel the booking directly with the hotel. If a user cancels the booking directly with the hotel, Adani One will not be responsible for any refund.

Cancellation requests made through the online platform or via phone calls are the only valid and accepted methods.

Any cancellation requests made directly to the hotel will not be the responsibility of Adani One.

If you fail to cancel your reservation within the designated cancellation period, as specified by the hotel you booked, you will be responsible for paying the applicable nightly rates, tax recovery charges, and service fees imposed by the hotel. If you do not show up for the first night of your reservation but still plan to check in for the remaining nights, you must inform Adani One of any changes to your reservation no later than the scheduled arrival date for the first night. This is necessary to prevent the cancellation of your entire reservation.

Modification and Reschedule Policy

Once the booking is initiated, the user can’t change the name of primary guest, number of guests, age of child/children, number of rooms, and check-in/check-out date and time.

After the booking is confirmed, user will need to cancel their existing booking to create a new one to make any changes such as updating the primary guest, modifying the number of guests, specifying the age of child/children, adjusting the number of rooms, or changing the check-in/check-out date and time etc.
