A truly extraordinary hotel in a particularly convenient location near a lovely central shopping area and main railway station. The views were spectacular, especially at sunset. The room was almost spa-like; the rainfall+ handheld shower and separate soaker tub were decadent enough to make leaving the room difficult. The layout was notably good - there was more than enough room for two people to live comfortably. The sink and vanity area, toilet, and bath and shower were in three separate areas, which was surprisingly practical. Peter, at the front desk, deserves particular recognition for his memorably friendly, professional attention to guests (all staff were charming, but Peter went above and beyond). Not only would I eagerly return to this hotel, I would look for others in other cities that were within this owner/management group.

New and well located hotel, great walking distance to NAMBA station and eateries. Rooms were generously layout-ed for a Deluxe King room. Good view of the city too. Room service food was good (I had grilled fish with vegetables and crab soup), breakfast buffet spread can be improved further by ensuring having food warmers and more options as well as more staff to clear the tables. Gym was sufficiently equipped and not crowded. Wished they had a laundry floor as it’s provided by most hotels in Japan. Operationally, they seem to be still ironing out. Would love to experience more welcoming hospitality by the staff’s greetings to welcome guest back to the hotel or leave the hotel for their activities.

Absolutely love the hotel. Such great value for a convenient location, great spacious rooms and big toilet (a plus for families with kids since my kid had a great shower time every night). Only thing to note that it was located right next to the train tracks hence you would be able to hear the trains passing by every now and then but it didn't bother us. In fact I loved that my kid had so much fun just watching the trains passing by.

Great hotel in Osaka. After a few hotel stays in Japan, you'd know that concierge is quite rare; yet, Centara Grand has it, which beats 80% of the hotels in Japan already. The room is pretty spacious for Osaka. Best part of the hotel is that there are plenty of activities to be done nearby. There are even two convenient stores downstairs. The service was impeccable. Although I disliked the fact that their bathroom was built like a temporary construction site shower room, it still served us well. We will definitely come back to this hotel for our future stays in Osaka.

Very nice and clean hotel with thick blackout curtains. Dotombori is 10-15 minute walk away. Lots of restaurants and public transportation around. Breakfast was included in our stay and it was a buffett style with western, Japanese and Thai dishes. I loved that they had a huge selection of desserts, fruits and drinks. The hotel was nice but it lacked Japanese flare, it almost felt like we were in Thailand with the decor. The staff were competent and professional but not very friendly.
