This resort was nice and set back from the road so it was quiet. We had a garden view room where we could walk out to the pool which was handy. Rooms were spacious and beds were comfortable. Front desk staff were good and maintenance staff as well. Our only issue was with the housekeeping staff who were inconsistent in their cleaning and times. One day they didn't show up at all and we had to phone the front desk at 5:00 as we needed more water, which they supply, and the garbage needed to be emptied. Also towels were sometimes stained which didn't mean they weren't clean but didn't look very nice for an upscale resort. Most of the pool towels that we got were stained as well. This resort is not on the beach and it is about a 20 minute walk to get to. This didn't matter to us but it might to some people.

Fantastic family hotel. Huge green and leafy complex that never seems crowded or busy. Perfect location for staying in or venturing out. Staff are so nice. From the front desk to the kitchen staff, everyone is happy and helpful. Food is very good and very reasonable. 3 great pools, plenty of places to relax. Very easy for kids to entertain themselves. Enjoy what Centara has to offer, everything is here for you.

The staff are just amazing!!! We loved loved Wednesday bbq night. I would come back here every time because of the amazing friendly staff who are so cute with our baby and helpful! Thank you to the lovely gift and all the other lovely staff in this picture! I think we will get a bigger room next time as the room we got is a little small but it was very clean and we had a lovely garden view! The staff really make the experience incredible and the food is wonderful! It is not in walking distance to the beach and around 45 min drive to Phuket city but that was perfect for us! They have free shuttles to the beach and will organise taxi service for you. Thank you to the beautiful staff pictured!

Truly amazing resort, from the high quality service, facility to location. The staff goes above and beyond to provide the flexibility option customers ask for. The grounds are kept well maintained, despite the fact that the hotel is a bit dated (you can see it from the furniture), but despite this, the grounds / walls are kept well maintained. I can’t speak enough about the services all the staff provide - it is truly one of its kind.

Good location in Kata beach however note the beach is blocked by another resort but there's a shuttle bus from the hotel to the beach. The room was kept very clean, the housekeeping lady was detailed and friendly. Maintenance staff came to fix small issues very quickly as well. Breakfast spread is also quite large and good quality. Note there's no lift so for clients with mobility issue, I recommend booking a ground floor room. Also take note the block closest to the entrance will hear loud music coming from the nearby bar till around 11pm. For those sensitive to noise, recommend choosing a room that is deeper inside the resort.

Booking Policy

It is mandatory for all guests to present valid government photo ID’s at the time of check-in.

The primary guests check-in into the hotel must meet the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Extra guests are subject to availability. And it might incur additional charges.

If guests are traveling with a child or children, it is necessary to specify the number of children accompanying them during the hotel booking process to avoid any last-minute complications.

Underage guests are only allowed to check-in with at least one parent or official guardian who fulfils the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Early check-in or late check-out request is subject to availability and the hotel may charge an additional fee for providing such services.

The price paid to Adani One includes room charges, taxes, the specified inclusions mentioned during the booking and convenience fee, if appliable. It does not cover additional services and expenses at the hotel.

Taxes, levies, charges, and any similar government fees, if applicable, will be imposed by the relevant authorities in the jurisdiction where the hotel is located. The guest is responsible for paying all such charges, as applicable.

Guests are required to adhere to any special instructions provided by the hotel. Failure to comply may result in the hotel's right to deny the booking or terminate the stay immediately.

Hotel Cancellation Policy

User can cancel their booking through the Adani One website or app until the check-in date and time. The refund for such cancellations will be subject to the hotel's cancellation policy. Adani One has no say over the refund amount.

Users can only cancel the entire booking. Partial cancellations, such as canceling specific room(s), a portion of the total nights, or specific guests out of the entire group, are not permitted.

User should not cancel the booking directly with the hotel. If a user cancels the booking directly with the hotel, Adani One will not be responsible for any refund.

Cancellation requests made through the online platform or via phone calls are the only valid and accepted methods.

Any cancellation requests made directly to the hotel will not be the responsibility of Adani One.

If you fail to cancel your reservation within the designated cancellation period, as specified by the hotel you booked, you will be responsible for paying the applicable nightly rates, tax recovery charges, and service fees imposed by the hotel. If you do not show up for the first night of your reservation but still plan to check in for the remaining nights, you must inform Adani One of any changes to your reservation no later than the scheduled arrival date for the first night. This is necessary to prevent the cancellation of your entire reservation.

Modification and Reschedule Policy

Once the booking is initiated, the user can’t change the name of primary guest, number of guests, age of child/children, number of rooms, and check-in/check-out date and time.

After the booking is confirmed, user will need to cancel their existing booking to create a new one to make any changes such as updating the primary guest, modifying the number of guests, specifying the age of child/children, adjusting the number of rooms, or changing the check-in/check-out date and time etc.
