The family room was spacious, clean and it has a nice living room and balcony. The shower was amazing! The breakfast was tasty with lots of choice. The staff were friendly especially Khun Art was really helpful and gave us lots of suggestions what to do in the local area. Thank you for a great stay!

Good for personal not for company deal. Good staff and nice service. Food is very nice. Room (Maris1) for activity is not clean and also small. Room for resident is also good but cleaner is not clean. Vegetarian food is very nice 😍😍

The level of this hotel totally corresponds to a 4-star hotel👍🏼 Kind and helpful staff, family friendly, bright and large room ( we had a Premium king room). Breakfast was not bad. Despite this hotel being far from the Jomtien beach (~20 min. by walk), we didn’t feel any inconvenience, cause the hotel offers a scheduled transfer to/from the beach each hour.

These are more for Tours then actually for a couple on vacation. The staff was not very helpful. They told us the wrong direction to enter our room section. We had to walk from one building to the other because of the staff. Breakfast was tasty. But disappointed that we had to slice our own bread. They should already be sliced to pick up. No one kept an eye on it. Because one of the russian kids picked everything up with bear hands. Room - We asked and paid for a king size bed. But they supplied us with 2 joints bed which you have a rifle between. Very disappointed on that. The glasses in the room were not even cleaned as they had dust in there also in the kettle. Location of the hotel was a bit hard to find and had no bike parking space. I had to park on the car parking underground.

We liked the location because it was a little bit off the noise and hustle &bustle. Still close enough to walk to bars, restaurants and market. A bit too far to walk to the "party street" but that's ok. Rooms clean and the pool is awesome. Service perfect. Highly recommended.

Booking Policy

It is mandatory for all guests to present valid government photo ID’s at the time of check-in.

The primary guests check-in into the hotel must meet the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Extra guests are subject to availability. And it might incur additional charges.

If guests are traveling with a child or children, it is necessary to specify the number of children accompanying them during the hotel booking process to avoid any last-minute complications.

Underage guests are only allowed to check-in with at least one parent or official guardian who fulfils the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Early check-in or late check-out request is subject to availability and the hotel may charge an additional fee for providing such services.

The price paid to Adani One includes room charges, taxes, the specified inclusions mentioned during the booking and convenience fee, if appliable. It does not cover additional services and expenses at the hotel.

Taxes, levies, charges, and any similar government fees, if applicable, will be imposed by the relevant authorities in the jurisdiction where the hotel is located. The guest is responsible for paying all such charges, as applicable.

Guests are required to adhere to any special instructions provided by the hotel. Failure to comply may result in the hotel's right to deny the booking or terminate the stay immediately.

Hotel Cancellation Policy

User can cancel their booking through the Adani One website or app until the check-in date and time. The refund for such cancellations will be subject to the hotel's cancellation policy. Adani One has no say over the refund amount.

Users can only cancel the entire booking. Partial cancellations, such as canceling specific room(s), a portion of the total nights, or specific guests out of the entire group, are not permitted.

User should not cancel the booking directly with the hotel. If a user cancels the booking directly with the hotel, Adani One will not be responsible for any refund.

Cancellation requests made through the online platform or via phone calls are the only valid and accepted methods.

Any cancellation requests made directly to the hotel will not be the responsibility of Adani One.

If you fail to cancel your reservation within the designated cancellation period, as specified by the hotel you booked, you will be responsible for paying the applicable nightly rates, tax recovery charges, and service fees imposed by the hotel. If you do not show up for the first night of your reservation but still plan to check in for the remaining nights, you must inform Adani One of any changes to your reservation no later than the scheduled arrival date for the first night. This is necessary to prevent the cancellation of your entire reservation.

Modification and Reschedule Policy

Once the booking is initiated, the user can’t change the name of primary guest, number of guests, age of child/children, number of rooms, and check-in/check-out date and time.

After the booking is confirmed, user will need to cancel their existing booking to create a new one to make any changes such as updating the primary guest, modifying the number of guests, specifying the age of child/children, adjusting the number of rooms, or changing the check-in/check-out date and time etc.
