        I pulled my right knee MCL last Dec. A friend of mine recommended Ray at Osteopaths so that I can speed up my recovery. After having two sessions with him, my 90% knee recovery goes to 100%. He is very knowledgeable and professional in what he does. I would highly recommend Ray to anyone who would like to speed up their recovery if they had pulled their MCL.

        I started visiting Central City Osteopaths for shoulder pain that was spreading to my neck and down my arm. Doctor visits could not fix the problem longterm, but Ray at Central City Osteo has given me such relief, with a depth of knowledge of his practice.. after 7 months of living with this neck and shoulder pain, I've gone from a 10/10 pain and no relief in the ED , to a 0 from one repeat session.. I'm now able to do simple things that I havent been able to like: lay on my back and use my dominant arm to lift/ carry things. Couldn't recommend a better practice.

        Taz is a respectful and professional osteopath. He has a lot of practical advice for managing my lower back pain, and balancing that with my exercise needs. It couldn't really be any better! He also likes conversations about delicious foods!

        I have avoided Osteopaths for decades- decided to try again and felt very comfortable with Jane and certainly felt the benefit. Jane was extremely knowledgeable and aware of how chronic pain impacts on an individual and she really knew what she was doing. will keep going back to her now

          Booking Policy
          It is mandatory for all guests to present valid government photo ID’s at the time of check-in.
          The primary guests check-in into the hotel must meet the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

          User can cancel their booking through the Adani One website or app until the check-in date and time. The refund for such cancellations will be subject to the hotel's cancellation policy. Adani One has no say over the refund amount.
          Users can only cancel the entire booking. Partial cancellations, such as canceling specific room(s), a portion of the total nights, or specific guests out of the entire group, are not permitted.
          User should not cancel the booking directly with the hotel. If a user cancels the booking directly with the hotel, Adani One will not be responsible for any refund.
          Cancellation requests made through the online platform or via phone calls are the only valid and accepted methods.

          Modification and Reschedule Policy
