This hotel is very close to the train station but you cannot hear the train. Easy access to the hotel, and they take luggage after checking out to allow lighter exploration of the city. Just like many others have said, the hotel is old and could use a renovation. Wallpaper, gold accents, older furniture, and could benefit from it. The view from the balcony was amazing, facing two rivers and a mountain. Though it is old, rooms were still clean. Breakfast in the morning was also free. Check out was 11am.

The only good part of the stay was the location. Close to Interlaken west bus and train station. Otherwise it was not that great. Very old rooms, rusted bathroom faucets, slow drainage of water in the bath tub, no body lotion, for body wash there were sachets provided, no locker in the room, bad food smell in corridors as well as in the room, think walls (so if you are a light sleeper think again), not so welcoming hospitality at the reception.

We stayed a few days in September. The hotel is old and very cool, our room had a balcony facing the canal/river. Breakfast is quite a variety spread. Minimal TV and no instructions. The train station just a short walk and the town is lovely. I would recommend this hotel.

Room 308 faces east looking over the canals and towards Harder Kulm peak. It is spacious and comfortable with balcony seats. The hotel is full of decor, objects and paintings from the past. Staff are very helpful and courteous. The breakfast buffet is delicious and sumptuous and the breakfast servers were excellent. As there is no food or drinks service after breakfast, guests need access to self serve coffee & tea, if not in the room, at least in the foyer. Also, as there is no drinks service, guests need an ice maker in the foyer to add to our own drinks.

Superb location minutes away from the station. Old but functional rooms. Great views as it's flanked by 2 rivers. But do take note that some rooms have toilets facing the roads and its not totally covered up!. An interesting but beautiful sight when you are using the toilet but not so sure if when people are looking in haha!

Booking Policy

It is mandatory for all guests to present valid government photo ID’s at the time of check-in.

The primary guests check-in into the hotel must meet the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

If guests are traveling with a child or children, it is necessary to specify the number of children accompanying them during the hotel booking process to avoid any last-minute complications.

Underage guests are only allowed to check-in with at least one parent or official guardian who fulfils the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Early check-in or late check-out request is subject to availability and the hotel may charge an additional fee for providing such services.

The price paid to Adani One includes room charges, taxes, the specified inclusions mentioned during the booking and convenience fee, if appliable. It does not cover additional services and expenses at the hotel.

Taxes, levies, charges, and any similar government fees, if applicable, will be imposed by the relevant authorities in the jurisdiction where the hotel is located. The guest is responsible for paying all such charges, as applicable.

Hotel Cancellation Policy

User can cancel their booking through the Adani One website or app until the check-in date and time. The refund for such cancellations will be subject to the hotel's cancellation policy. Adani One has no say over the refund amount.

Users can only cancel the entire booking. Partial cancellations, such as canceling specific room(s), a portion of the total nights, or specific guests out of the entire group, are not permitted.

User should not cancel the booking directly with the hotel. If a user cancels the booking directly with the hotel, Adani One will not be responsible for any refund.

Cancellation requests made through the online platform or via phone calls are the only valid and accepted methods.

Any cancellation requests made directly to the hotel will not be the responsibility of Adani One.

If you fail to cancel your reservation within the designated cancellation period, as specified by the hotel you booked, you will be responsible for paying the applicable nightly rates, tax recovery charges, and service fees imposed by the hotel. If you do not show up for the first night of your reservation but still plan to check in for the remaining nights, you must inform Adani One of any changes to your reservation no later than the scheduled arrival date for the first night. This is necessary to prevent the cancellation of your entire reservation.

After the booking is confirmed, user will need to cancel their existing booking to create a new one to make any changes such as updating the primary guest, modifying the number of guests, specifying the age of child/children, adjusting the number of rooms, or changing the check-in/check-out date and time etc.
