        Most aweful and disgusting place i hve lived in my life. Owned by Tameside Council and extremely poor in managing and maintains the building. The residents are blamed for all issues in here. Fixing the place is cowboy work. This place is infested with cockroaches, rats, ants, spiders, mosquitoes, fruit flies and who know what else. Every time reported to staff and they behaved shocked as though they didnt know. Rooms are mouldy and damp. Unwilling to fix and clean properly. Have children living here and complain about mess in they leave. Putting all residents at risk and doing nothing to protect us or from illnesses and risks of intruders. People living here have been hospitalised due to catching infections from this place. We are at risk of being kicked out if we dont comply to rules yet they do nothing to make this place to hygiene standards.

        The owner was fantastic. Always kept in touch, was very caring and wanted feedback on how he can make the experience better for others. Shows hiw much he cares for customer satisfaction. Highly recommend

        I would never stay at this hotel again. When I arrived I was asked by the owner I had to provide Id and proof of address which I did not have as I was not told when I made the booking the owner was very rude and did not make me feel very welcome she then said I would be charged £300 if anything in the room was damaged made me feel like some sort of criminal before I had even got to my room. Stay away from this hotel

        Got there after making a booking online, and they had cancelled my booking without telling me in advance. They were extremely rude and wouldn't even let me into the foyer to make alternative arrangements.

          It is mandatory for all guests to present valid government photo ID’s at the time of check-in.

          Early check-in or late check-out request is subject to availability and the hotel may charge an additional fee for providing such services.
          The price paid to Adani One includes room charges, taxes, the specified inclusions mentioned during the booking and convenience fee, if appliable. It does not cover additional services and expenses at the hotel.
          Taxes, levies, charges, and any similar government fees, if applicable, will be imposed by the relevant authorities in the jurisdiction where the hotel is located. The guest is responsible for paying all such charges, as applicable.

          Modification and Reschedule Policy
