Small room but functional. Having a kitchenette with a refrigerator and freezer was really helpful, esp when I needed to store milk for my baby. Quiet area and 2 blocks away from the tram and subway. Supermarkets, restaurants, and bakery close by. Only wish is for the sliding door to have a screen, so we can open it without any animals or bugs coming in. We had to borrow a fan because it can get hot in the room.

It was a nice experience! Hotel was clean and the stuff nice and helpful! We traveled with our baby and the room was big enough and the small kitchen with all the essentials! Neighborhood was quiet and with enough amenities by side like restaurant bakery and supermarket! Also the train station was about 5min walk! With car is around 15-25 due traffic to center of Munich! Prices could be better but still value for money! The only bad is that the furniture need definitely an update they are old and dirty and if you are from the north side it’s getting really hot at midday and there is no air conditioning! Also the desk was not all day! Otherwise I will definitely stay again!

There are maintenance things that need addressed here. We had adjoining rooms and the bathroom sink was stuck closed in one room and the bathroom door was broken in the other. There is a radiator by the window and the curtains were against it and hot and there are no smoke detectors in the rooms. The WiFi is usable, but not great.

First off, service was excellent, from reception to cleaning staff! Rooms are very clean and beds comfortable. However, the buildings are a bit old, corridors have a slight stuffy smell. WiFi isn't great, as some VoIP services are blocked. Only 2 washing machines for 3 buildings. Tokens for the washing machine must be bought at reception (3€ per wash). Finally, all lights in the room are halogen which generates unnecessary heat during the summer. Also, there were no fans in the room.

Nice quiet neighborhood. There are the church bells. They ring the number of the hour and 1 ring on the half hour. There is a small market store and a couple of restaurants within a blk of the hotel in different directions. It's about a 2 blk walk to the train. My room looked like it had been recently renovated. It's a very peaceful location compared to the city. The people at the front desk were pleasant

Booking Policy

It is mandatory for all guests to present valid government photo ID’s at the time of check-in.

The primary guests check-in into the hotel must meet the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Extra guests are subject to availability. And it might incur additional charges.

If guests are traveling with a child or children, it is necessary to specify the number of children accompanying them during the hotel booking process to avoid any last-minute complications.

Underage guests are only allowed to check-in with at least one parent or official guardian who fulfils the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Early check-in or late check-out request is subject to availability and the hotel may charge an additional fee for providing such services.

The price paid to Adani One includes room charges, taxes, the specified inclusions mentioned during the booking and convenience fee, if appliable. It does not cover additional services and expenses at the hotel.

Taxes, levies, charges, and any similar government fees, if applicable, will be imposed by the relevant authorities in the jurisdiction where the hotel is located. The guest is responsible for paying all such charges, as applicable.

Guests are required to adhere to any special instructions provided by the hotel. Failure to comply may result in the hotel's right to deny the booking or terminate the stay immediately.

Hotel Cancellation Policy

User can cancel their booking through the Adani One website or app until the check-in date and time. The refund for such cancellations will be subject to the hotel's cancellation policy. Adani One has no say over the refund amount.

Users can only cancel the entire booking. Partial cancellations, such as canceling specific room(s), a portion of the total nights, or specific guests out of the entire group, are not permitted.

User should not cancel the booking directly with the hotel. If a user cancels the booking directly with the hotel, Adani One will not be responsible for any refund.

Cancellation requests made through the online platform or via phone calls are the only valid and accepted methods.

Any cancellation requests made directly to the hotel will not be the responsibility of Adani One.

If you fail to cancel your reservation within the designated cancellation period, as specified by the hotel you booked, you will be responsible for paying the applicable nightly rates, tax recovery charges, and service fees imposed by the hotel. If you do not show up for the first night of your reservation but still plan to check in for the remaining nights, you must inform Adani One of any changes to your reservation no later than the scheduled arrival date for the first night. This is necessary to prevent the cancellation of your entire reservation.

In case of no show at the hotel, you'll be charged the entire booking amount.

Modification and Reschedule Policy

Once the booking is initiated, the user can’t change the name of primary guest, number of guests, age of child/children, number of rooms, and check-in/check-out date and time.

After the booking is confirmed, user will need to cancel their existing booking to create a new one to make any changes such as updating the primary guest, modifying the number of guests, specifying the age of child/children, adjusting the number of rooms, or changing the check-in/check-out date and time etc.
