This is probably the most charming café in Copenhagen. The hotel is only one room and I have yet to visit it, however, breakfast is in the downstairs cafe, and consists of a nice plate. Coffee is great, service is better and you cannot beat the location on a sunny day.

Intimate one room hotel with old school decor that feels a bit like a ship cabin or a train cabin. It's quite warm during the summer, and holding the windows open means it's very loud since it's right by a trafficked road. Nonetheless a special experience. The iPhone with music in the room is a nice touch, as is the great breakfast downstairs at the tiny cafe.

I booked this hotel for my birthday and got confirmation on the phone while awaiting an email. I had to chase them for this email I never received, only to be informed that the room was booked by someone else. Very disappointed with the poor service of this hotel, which only has one room to manage and still managed to ruin my birthday.

Hello everyone, We spent 2 nights at the central hotel in june 2019. It's a very cute room above a café, located in a very nice area of Copenhagen. I'm gonna try to be really honest about this place, it is lovely, but if you are ready to pay the (high) price to spend a night there just be aware that : Everything in the room is very well organised and confy but ... The room is very, very, very small so you can't really spend time in it, like in a real hotel. After a long day of visiting if you want to relax in the room it's not ideal. It is very hot in the room cause you sleep just under the roof and there is no curtains on the window just above your head so during the summer you wake up at 6 am. The shower and toilets are in the same room and very humid because of the heat. Of course it's not a big deal, but again when you sign off for a high standard place you are waiting for something ... high class right ? In the morning you can take your breakfast (included with the room) at the Granola (2 minutes by foot) and it's crazy good ! you can eat as much as you want and everything is absolutely amazing, so Granola bar is a blast. During the day you can take bikes, they are included with the room and it's actually very nice to visit Copenhagen on a bike ! If you need something from the staff you should know that after 4 or 5pm the café is closing and you are on your own, so think about it. About the check out, it's like a regular hotel (11am) but when the café is closing (4pm on sunday) you have to take yours suitcase with you. Not cool if your plane is late. So it is a charming place, yes, but regarding the price you pay i will not recommande for more than one night. Anyway we were very happy to experienced the smallest hotel in the world, even if it was just a room well decoreted above a café ;-) Cheers and thanks again to the Granola staff, you nailed it. Booking Policy

It is mandatory for all guests to present valid government photo ID’s at the time of check-in.

The primary guests check-in into the hotel must meet the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Extra guests are subject to availability. And it might incur additional charges.

If guests are traveling with a child or children, it is necessary to specify the number of children accompanying them during the hotel booking process to avoid any last-minute complications.

Underage guests are only allowed to check-in with at least one parent or official guardian who fulfils the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Early check-in or late check-out request is subject to availability and the hotel may charge an additional fee for providing such services.

The price paid to Adani One includes room charges, taxes, the specified inclusions mentioned during the booking and convenience fee, if appliable. It does not cover additional services and expenses at the hotel.

Taxes, levies, charges, and any similar government fees, if applicable, will be imposed by the relevant authorities in the jurisdiction where the hotel is located. The guest is responsible for paying all such charges, as applicable.

Guests are required to adhere to any special instructions provided by the hotel. Failure to comply may result in the hotel's right to deny the booking or terminate the stay immediately.

For any special requests, please write in the designated section while booking on the Adani One platform. We will forward these requests to the hotel; however, please note that the hotel may or may not be able to accommodate them depending on availability at the time of check-in. If the booking cannot be confirmed due to certain circumstances, Adani One will refund the entire amount to the original mode of payment.

If the hotel is unable to confirm or deny the booking, Adani One is not under any obligation to provide an alternate booking in lieu of the unconfirmed booking.

Adani One does not collect GSTIN details on behalf of the hotelier, you may request this information directly from the hotelier during the check-in process.

Hotel Cancellation Policy

User can cancel their booking through the Adani One website or app until the check-in date and time. The refund for such cancellations will be subject to the hotel's cancellation policy. Adani One has no say over the refund amount.

Users can only cancel the entire booking. Partial cancellations, such as canceling specific room(s), a portion of the total nights, or specific guests out of the entire group, are not permitted.

User should not cancel the booking directly with the hotel. If a user cancels the booking directly with the hotel, Adani One will not be responsible for any refund.

Cancellation requests made through the online platform or via phone calls are the only valid and accepted methods.

Any cancellation requests made directly to the hotel will not be the responsibility of Adani One.

If you fail to cancel your reservation within the designated cancellation period, as specified by the hotel you booked, you will be responsible for paying the applicable nightly rates, tax recovery charges, and service fees imposed by the hotel. If you do not show up for the first night of your reservation but still plan to check in for the remaining nights, you must inform Adani One of any changes to your reservation no later than the scheduled arrival date for the first night. This is necessary to prevent the cancellation of your entire reservation.

In case of no show at the hotel, you'll be charged the entire booking amount.

Refund amount may take 10 working days to process to the respective account from which the payment was made during the booking.

Please be informed that your bank may debit its own separate charges from refunds made to your credit card or bank account.

Modification and Reschedule Policy

Once the booking is initiated, the user can’t change the name of primary guest, number of guests, age of child/children, number of rooms, and check-in/check-out date and time.

After the booking is confirmed, user will need to cancel their existing booking to create a new one to make any changes such as updating the primary guest, modifying the number of guests, specifying the age of child/children, adjusting the number of rooms, or changing the check-in/check-out date and time etc.
