Brilliant hotel if you’re looking for a bolt hole for a night or couple days out in London. Rooms are a tad small but for the price I wasn’t expecting much more than a bed and a shower. Everything was clean enough and staff were friendly and helpful. I’m definitely never racing after last trains or putting up with Ubers or taxis again. Easy walking distance from anywhere around Shoreditch. Recommended.

We came for a night in Shoreditch after travelling 4 hours from home. We went to check in and reception told us they had cancelled our room as someone with the same name had booked a separate room and they thought it was a double booking. Staff were very unhelpful and said “if you can find another hotel in the area, we will refund you in 3 days”. We haven’t since received a refund for the £150 room and it’s been over 2 weeks. If we couldn’t find a room or didn’t have the money, we wouldn’t have anywhere to stay for the night and they didn’t seem bothered at all. So I definitely DON’T recommend this hotel, if I could put 0 stars I would.

Stayed for 3 nights here. The room was presented clean. The bed was really comfy. The hotel is near an Overground station and several tube stations, which makes traveling around London easy. Noise is not an issue. The airconditioning was working and really upped the comfort of the room.

Room and bathroom was very clean and mattress was comfortable but overall the room was very basic. The blind did not close and was torn leaving it hanging from the window. But most frustratingly, the shower was awful. It was either too cold or too hot and the water simply trickled out of the shower head. At £130+ I would expect the shower to work.

The price paid to Adani One includes room charges, taxes, the specified inclusions mentioned during the booking and convenience fee, if appliable. It does not cover additional services and expenses at the hotel.

Users can only cancel the entire booking. Partial cancellations, such as canceling specific room(s), a portion of the total nights, or specific guests out of the entire group, are not permitted.

User should not cancel the booking directly with the hotel. If a user cancels the booking directly with the hotel, Adani One will not be responsible for any refund.

Cancellation requests made through the online platform or via phone calls are the only valid and accepted methods.

If you fail to cancel your reservation within the designated cancellation period, as specified by the hotel you booked, you will be responsible for paying the applicable nightly rates, tax recovery charges, and service fees imposed by the hotel. If you do not show up for the first night of your reservation but still plan to check in for the remaining nights, you must inform Adani One of any changes to your reservation no later than the scheduled arrival date for the first night. This is necessary to prevent the cancellation of your entire reservation.

Modification and Reschedule Policy

Once the booking is initiated, the user can’t change the name of primary guest, number of guests, age of child/children, number of rooms, and check-in/check-out date and time.

After the booking is confirmed, user will need to cancel their existing booking to create a new one to make any changes such as updating the primary guest, modifying the number of guests, specifying the age of child/children, adjusting the number of rooms, or changing the check-in/check-out date and time etc.
