        Great location and very comfortable room, couldn't be closer to the old city. Stay was made that much better by the very friendly and attentive service from the owner, she really went above and beyond to make sure we were comfortable. Would absolutely stay here again!

        Renovated apartment, very nice, very clean, with air conditioning, TV and free wi-fi, in a fabulous location! The owner is very helpful and was able to reserve a parking space for us right in front of the apartment. We also had breakfast included in the price, plentiful and varied, the shelf and fridge were full of breakfast products. I recommend it 100%.

        Apartment absolutely does not correspond to the images and completely inadequate for 4 people. The single double bed, one of which is against the wall, is separated from the rest of the room simply by a wardrobe and the sofa bed, once opened, makes the passage almost inaccessible. The coffee table has 3 chairs and a fourth folded in the wardrobe. The kitchenette, dated and cheap, has 2 electric hobs, 1 microwave (to be pulled down from the cabinet), 1 fridge and 1 sink. The "free breakfast" included milk, juice, cereal and toast with butter and jam. I would have awarded a second star for the presence of the washing machine in the bathroom and for the fact that the contact person spent only one of the 2 nights there (in the absence of our express request, on the second morning we had to make do with what was already in the house) , he brought us krapfen and lactose-free milk, but having paid 294.40 euros for 2 nights in those conditions I think one is more than enough.

        A perfect location for a stopover in Split. Right in the center, exactly 3 minutes' walk from Diocletian's Palace! I recommend.

        Bright room facing the street. Two blocks from the beginning of the Dioclesian Palace. It is perfect to spend a couple of nights. Very good service from Lena, attentive and very friendly.

          Booking Policy
          It is mandatory for all guests to present valid government photo ID’s at the time of check-in.
