This hotel was a great stay and I would recommend to anyone visiting. The rooms were clean and spacious for what we needed. Staff was very accommodating for our friends that had a dog. The staff was incredible and friendly, Adrienne at the front desk is so lovely, she made our time in Chicago feel very special. Walkable to the main attractions and close to many great restaurants. Price was reasonable as we paid online in CAD!

Great location, price, and exceedingly helpful and friendly staff. Loved my upgraded room with a kitchenette and fold-out bed. I appreciated the attention to conservation: I got to choose how much housekeeping I wanted, and to refill my own water bottle from a dispenser in the hallway. The fold-out bed was surprisingly comfortable and there was a yoga mat in my closet!

Location sucks, garage is around the corner. The garage and hotel have bad communication. I was given a ticket with a barcode to scan, while the scanner at the garage doesn’t pick it up. Both parties need to work on their communication better. The garage ticket system is dumb as well, it seems like every time you leave, they want you to buy another ticket. People in the lobby aren’t any help either. Wouldn’t recommended the hotel. The hotel location doesn’t help either. I know a few people who have visited as well and didn’t like it either.

Overall, a great experience. This hotel is well located. It is walking distance to several points of interest, as well as several of the transit lines in the city. The rooms were small, but clean and comfortable. The front desk agents were always helpful. My only complaint is that we booked a King bed, and received a room that had two double beds pushed together.

Came to Chicago on short notice for a business trip and called last minute to get a reservation. Danny at the front desk greeted me as soon as I walked in and was nothing but helpful in our interaction of getting a last minute room for the night. He was very accommodating and assisted in getting my parking and everything arranged on a very short notice. I wish every hotel I stayed at had a employee like him. Rooms were priced great, clean and access was extremely good. Overall 10/10!

Booking Policy

It is mandatory for all guests to present valid government photo ID’s at the time of check-in.

The primary guests check-in into the hotel must meet the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Extra guests are subject to availability. And it might incur additional charges.

If guests are traveling with a child or children, it is necessary to specify the number of children accompanying them during the hotel booking process to avoid any last-minute complications.

Underage guests are only allowed to check-in with at least one parent or official guardian who fulfils the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Early check-in or late check-out request is subject to availability and the hotel may charge an additional fee for providing such services.

The price paid to Adani One includes room charges, taxes, the specified inclusions mentioned during the booking and convenience fee, if appliable. It does not cover additional services and expenses at the hotel.

Taxes, levies, charges, and any similar government fees, if applicable, will be imposed by the relevant authorities in the jurisdiction where the hotel is located. The guest is responsible for paying all such charges, as applicable.

Guests are required to adhere to any special instructions provided by the hotel. Failure to comply may result in the hotel's right to deny the booking or terminate the stay immediately.

For any special requests, please write in the designated section while booking on the Adani One platform. We will forward these requests to the hotel; however, please note that the hotel may or may not be able to accommodate them depending on availability at the time of check-in. Please be aware that fulfilling these requests may result in additional charges.

The hotel reserves the right of admission. The hotel may refuse to honour the booking if it determines that the property policies have been violated.

If the booking cannot be confirmed due to certain circumstances, Adani One will refund the entire amount to the original mode of payment.

If the hotel is unable to confirm or deny the booking, Adani One is not under any obligation to provide an alternate booking in lieu of the unconfirmed booking.

Adani One does not collect GSTIN details on behalf of the hotelier, you may request this information directly from the hotelier during the check-in process.

Hotel Cancellation Policy

User can cancel their booking through the Adani One website or app until the check-in date and time. The refund for such cancellations will be subject to the hotel's cancellation policy. Adani One has no say over the refund amount.

Users can only cancel the entire booking. Partial cancellations, such as canceling specific room(s), a portion of the total nights, or specific guests out of the entire group, are not permitted.

User should not cancel the booking directly with the hotel. If a user cancels the booking directly with the hotel, Adani One will not be responsible for any refund.

Cancellation requests made through the online platform or via phone calls are the only valid and accepted methods.

Any cancellation requests made directly to the hotel will not be the responsibility of Adani One.

If you fail to cancel your reservation within the designated cancellation period, as specified by the hotel you booked, you will be responsible for paying the applicable nightly rates, tax recovery charges, and service fees imposed by the hotel. If you do not show up for the first night of your reservation but still plan to check in for the remaining nights, you must inform Adani One of any changes to your reservation no later than the scheduled arrival date for the first night. This is necessary to prevent the cancellation of your entire reservation.

In case of no show at the hotel, you'll be charged the entire booking amount.

Modification and Reschedule Policy

Once the booking is initiated, the user can’t change the name of primary guest, number of guests, age of child/children, number of rooms, and check-in/check-out date and time.

After the booking is confirmed, user will need to cancel their existing booking to create a new one to make any changes such as updating the primary guest, modifying the number of guests, specifying the age of child/children, adjusting the number of rooms, or changing the check-in/check-out date and time etc.
