Good location and price… but I guess you get what you pay for. The hotel is really weathered and has definitely seen better days. There were stains all over the walls, mold and dirt in the AC (luckily the window opened so we didnt have to keep the AC on), little service from the check in, only one full size towel in the room. Cracks on the desk and dust everywhere. The whole room smelled like bleach. It was okay for a night but definitely not rushing to recommend this hotel.

Booked 3 nights during Dec 2023 visit to Busan. Stayed for 1 night and had to checked out and forfeit my 2 nights. We got a room at level 12. The rooms are nowhere near the photos shown in Expedia, Booking or any of the hotel website. The hotel is very old with no updates. Room is run down and there is only one lighting switch control that is near the main door. You can't switch on or off the lights elsewhere in the room. Entry door way light is motion activated and will switched during the night and illuminate the entire room when one walk towards the toilet or door. Toilet lights are timed controlled and will automatically switched off after 5mins. Sheets and towels are dirty, old and stained. Room feel hollow and sound can be hear when people walk, shower or use the toilet one floor above ours. Open concept toilets with WC and shower doors in partially transparent glass and not fully sealed. You can see through, hear or smell if anyone is using the toilet or showers. We have no idea how this hotel can get a rating of over 3/5. Also, I'd you book with breakfast, they provide you a Benton box but you need to come down to pick up to your meal at the lobby. If you are interested in the location, there are many other alternatives around the area. But do not be tempted to book this becos of the price. Nothing good can be said about this hotel and all should avoid if possible. This should be awarded one of the worst hotel in Busan, Korea.

The hotel was located near Nampo shopping street but not in the main street. There was a few stairs to get inside the hotel which is hard for people with heavy suitcases. We booked a double room but got a huge family room instead which we truly enjoyed. People who stayed over 3 nights can request for room cleaning in our case we weren't able to meet the requirement no room cleaning for us. Baggage can be stored in the lobby. Bus stops few minutes away. The lady and the guy with glasses in the reception were both kind however the eldery was grumpy. Deposit is also needed to borrow adapter.

Was supposed to check in at 3pm. However unable to check in till 5pm. Was tired and annoyed as we were wondering about till 3pm and when 4pm, 430pm still said not ready. Dragged till 5pm. Eventually when we got angry, male staff got angry too and asked if we want to cancel?!? As tourist, last minute , where should we stay. Next day, we asked lady recept if our late check out was noted in the system. She is unaware. However the late check out was agreed by the male Recep and free as we went through the long wait. Luggage lift is spoilt and we see many tourist carrying up their luggage up the 2 flight of stairs. The aircon has a continuous booming sound. There was an entrance auto detect light that lighted up when they detect motion. If one walks to the toilet at night, the place would light up and be disrupted. The bed is totally hard which we were fine as we were v tired. The cushion is stained, only paper cups were given for drinks. Room has 2 aircon remote that don't tally in temperature. Flashing level lobby lights throughout our stay. If u stay over 3d2n, then u can request for room cleaning as stated from the notice on the lift. There's free ice, free coffee at the lobby but given such hassle. No thanks. There were pple who were raising voice at the counter too. Seems like a home managed place or worse. And for luggage to be deposited. Just put there. No tags, no guards. Skip this unless u are happy with good location, free ice coffee, good small round table and 2 chairs. View is broken into parts too even when we get harbour room.

I have to say that the staff is friendly but with limited English speaking and understanding. Also, when I first entered the room, the smell of it is not so pleasant. An odor of disinfectant remained for two days. In addition, this hotel didn’t provide razor and tooth brushes for free and you have to pay for a whole package. Although the staff at the front desk gave us the amenities for free, I think it is important to let people know the situation. Lastly, the glass screen between the shower and the toilet didn’t perfectly prevent the waters flew to the toilet side.

Booking Policy

It is mandatory for all guests to present valid government photo ID’s at the time of check-in.

The primary guests check-in into the hotel must meet the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Extra guests are subject to availability. And it might incur additional charges.

If guests are traveling with a child or children, it is necessary to specify the number of children accompanying them during the hotel booking process to avoid any last-minute complications.

Underage guests are only allowed to check-in with at least one parent or official guardian who fulfils the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Early check-in or late check-out request is subject to availability and the hotel may charge an additional fee for providing such services.

The price paid to Adani One includes room charges, taxes, the specified inclusions mentioned during the booking and convenience fee, if appliable. It does not cover additional services and expenses at the hotel.

Taxes, levies, charges, and any similar government fees, if applicable, will be imposed by the relevant authorities in the jurisdiction where the hotel is located. The guest is responsible for paying all such charges, as applicable.

Hotel Cancellation Policy

Users can only cancel the entire booking. Partial cancellations, such as canceling specific room(s), a portion of the total nights, or specific guests out of the entire group, are not permitted.

User should not cancel the booking directly with the hotel. If a user cancels the booking directly with the hotel, Adani One will not be responsible for any refund.

Cancellation requests made through the online platform or via phone calls are the only valid and accepted methods.

After the booking is confirmed, user will need to cancel their existing booking to create a new one to make any changes such as updating the primary guest, modifying the number of guests, specifying the age of child/children, adjusting the number of rooms, or changing the check-in/check-out date and time etc.
