A great find in Zurich. I picked this hotel because it was close to the train station and it came in super handy the day we headed home. It was a 4 min walk to the train station(literally you walk across the bridge and there is the train station), and it was a 10 min ride to the airport. We had a river view of the city, but our hotel was still quiet. I was surprised we didn’t hear more noise. There are tons of restaurants nearby the hotel. There is a yummy sushi restaurant behind the hotel, and plenty of other options within a 5 min walk. I loved that our room came with a coffee maker , tea kettle and that coffee pods and tea bags were provided. The hotel staff were also great. They held our suitcases until our room was ready so we could start exploring the city and they were very helpful and with directions and restaurant information. If I’m ever in Zurich again I will for sure be staying here.

Located four minutes away from Zurich train station, the hotel is very accessible. There is a supermarket opposite. The hotel breakfast is great! Various methods for cooking the eggs can be requested. Staff are very helpful. Enjoyed my stay in the hotel.

Great , ACTUAL, 4 star hotel. Room was awesome with a view of old town and the river. Bed was comfortable and shower was wonderful. AC could have had a bit more airflow but they gave us a fan.

Nice facing towards the lake. Room is reasonably big for 2. Fridge, kettle, hair dryer, etc all available which are important essentials for traveller like us. We stayed at the 2nd floor which wasn't as good cos there is an access just outside the window. Still you can get to see the evening beautiful sky. Location is good cos just a short distance walk to the main station. We paid chf273 per night. Counter staff was polite and courteous. Will recommend this hotel and if you get a chance stay at the higher floor facing the lake. Is beautiful. Room for improvement: For the hotel to take note, need to do some maintenance. One of the bed light is not working and also wall socket almost dropping off.

There is major construction next to the hotel; the jackhammers start at 2 am and go to 4 am. The rooms are filthy; the ceiling was so dirty, you could write words on it. The AC didn’t work; consequently, you had to leave the window open which gave us the opportunity to listen to the construction all night! Also, only one elevator worked; it fits three people comfortably. Bottom line, stay away from this hotel!! We expressed our concerns to the desk, but they didn’t seem to care! —— The commentary from the hotel is disappointing, but not surprising since they take no accountability. Customer feedback is a gift; it is extremely unprofessional to personally attack a customer’s perspective. -When we asked at the front desk, we were advised that the AC was being turned off this late in the season. I find the response that there is no AC confusing. -The ceiling was dirty and people within my travel group saw it. -One elevator didn’t work which is a fact. -The hotel restaurant employees advised us that the noise had been going on for 6 months. Hotels that I have frequented in the past have advised customers when there is construction in the area. For the hotel to suggest that the truth is being misrepresented is very surprising and disappointing. As I note in my review, the location is very good, but my other concerns outweigh, in my opinion, the geographical benefits.

Booking Policy

It is mandatory for all guests to present valid government photo ID’s at the time of check-in.

The primary guests check-in into the hotel must meet the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Extra guests are subject to availability. And it might incur additional charges.

If guests are traveling with a child or children, it is necessary to specify the number of children accompanying them during the hotel booking process to avoid any last-minute complications.

Underage guests are only allowed to check-in with at least one parent or official guardian who fulfils the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Early check-in or late check-out request is subject to availability and the hotel may charge an additional fee for providing such services.

The price paid to Adani One includes room charges, taxes, the specified inclusions mentioned during the booking and convenience fee, if appliable. It does not cover additional services and expenses at the hotel.

Taxes, levies, charges, and any similar government fees, if applicable, will be imposed by the relevant authorities in the jurisdiction where the hotel is located. The guest is responsible for paying all such charges, as applicable.

Cancellation requests made through the online platform or via phone calls are the only valid and accepted methods.

Modification and Reschedule Policy

After the booking is confirmed, user will need to cancel their existing booking to create a new one to make any changes such as updating the primary guest, modifying the number of guests, specifying the age of child/children, adjusting the number of rooms, or changing the check-in/check-out date and time etc.
