I stayed here for one night with a couple of friends, this review is specifically about the 24 hr security at the hotel parking lot which gave me peace of mind and was the reason for booking. The Korean American security guard was very kind and he assured us of safety. We felt that an excellent service was provided for us! Thank you sincerely!

Super friendly staff. I love that there’s free parking with a security guard on the lot. They gave my friend a toothbrush with toothpaste because she forgot hers! The AC works wonderfully. Toiletries included were nice. The bed is firm but I found it perfectly comfortable to my liking! Cleaning staff is beyond expectations! They frequently tidied up personal items & hung up our jackets. Just above and beyond. Will be staying next time I’m in LA!

Super cute hotel. Great location! Staff and service were great. The security guard saw me going to get my luggage and called a bell hop to come help me right away and everyone was so nice. My only issues were those beds. It felt like I slept on a slab of concrete. There was ZERO give in that mattress. I would honestly stay here again and just use extra blankets to soften the mattress a bit.

this hotel is a great value for money. the room was bigger than expected and all of it was very clean and tidy . Toiletries were amazing and bed was confortable. shower head was a bit low for my husband and tv channels were a bit limited, but these sre minor details. we will be back

Booking Policy

It is mandatory for all guests to present valid government photo ID’s at the time of check-in.

The primary guests check-in into the hotel must meet the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Extra guests are subject to availability. And it might incur additional charges.

If guests are traveling with a child or children, it is necessary to specify the number of children accompanying them during the hotel booking process to avoid any last-minute complications.

Underage guests are only allowed to check-in with at least one parent or official guardian who fulfils the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Early check-in or late check-out request is subject to availability and the hotel may charge an additional fee for providing such services.

The price paid to Adani One includes room charges, taxes, the specified inclusions mentioned during the booking and convenience fee, if appliable. It does not cover additional services and expenses at the hotel.

Taxes, levies, charges, and any similar government fees, if applicable, will be imposed by the relevant authorities in the jurisdiction where the hotel is located. The guest is responsible for paying all such charges, as applicable.

Guests are required to adhere to any special instructions provided by the hotel. Failure to comply may result in the hotel's right to deny the booking or terminate the stay immediately.

Hotel Cancellation Policy

User can cancel their booking through the Adani One website or app until the check-in date and time. The refund for such cancellations will be subject to the hotel's cancellation policy. Adani One has no say over the refund amount.

Users can only cancel the entire booking. Partial cancellations, such as canceling specific room(s), a portion of the total nights, or specific guests out of the entire group, are not permitted.

User should not cancel the booking directly with the hotel. If a user cancels the booking directly with the hotel, Adani One will not be responsible for any refund.

Cancellation requests made through the online platform or via phone calls are the only valid and accepted methods.

Any cancellation requests made directly to the hotel will not be the responsibility of Adani One.

If you fail to cancel your reservation within the designated cancellation period, as specified by the hotel you booked, you will be responsible for paying the applicable nightly rates, tax recovery charges, and service fees imposed by the hotel. If you do not show up for the first night of your reservation but still plan to check in for the remaining nights, you must inform Adani One of any changes to your reservation no later than the scheduled arrival date for the first night. This is necessary to prevent the cancellation of your entire reservation.

In case of no show at the hotel, you'll be charged the entire booking amount.

Modification and Reschedule Policy

Once the booking is initiated, the user can’t change the name of primary guest, number of guests, age of child/children, number of rooms, and check-in/check-out date and time.

After the booking is confirmed, user will need to cancel their existing booking to create a new one to make any changes such as updating the primary guest, modifying the number of guests, specifying the age of child/children, adjusting the number of rooms, or changing the check-in/check-out date and time etc.
