Friendly staff, very clean room and spacious. Plenty of English TV movie channels. Hot water and room cleaned each day. Good location. Only negatives are the WiFi didn't work that well in my room and the white clothing on my washing came back stained.

We stayed here for 5 nights and were extremely pleased with the cleanliness of the room and kind staff. We walked into centrana after leaving the hotel we had booked for Phnom Penh due to excessive mold... We were welcomed and given a fair price ($32/night) for a large queen private room with window. The wifi was strong and our room even had a fridge and kettle. The staff assisted me in printing a few documents and arranged a ride to the airport. The only downside was that the hotel room door was paper thin and you could clean hear everything in the hallway. Unfortunately there was a large screaming family in the hallway for 5 hours one night. Nothing that earplugs cant fix! The rest of our stay we were the only ones in the whole floor! Definitely recommend

Great hotel, rooms are comfortable, clean and beautiful. The only thing I didn't like is the poor breakfast: they normally serve Chinese-like food (also tea). I had to ask several times to have bread, jam or english tea.

I lost my speaker Bose Soundlink orange in color here. Called a day later, but the hotel said no and seemed so reluctant to offer help. My bad luck then. Book other hotels this round to PP. To be fair to them, they are polite when you stay there. Just be extremely careful.

One of the great hotel in my life I check out 3 bourse before but still miss the staff So nice helpful and give you a lot respect. If I ever decide to travel back in Cambodia this will be my first choice. Highly recommended

Booking Policy

It is mandatory for all guests to present valid government photo ID’s at the time of check-in.

The primary guests check-in into the hotel must meet the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Extra guests are subject to availability. And it might incur additional charges.

If guests are traveling with a child or children, it is necessary to specify the number of children accompanying them during the hotel booking process to avoid any last-minute complications.

Underage guests are only allowed to check-in with at least one parent or official guardian who fulfils the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Early check-in or late check-out request is subject to availability and the hotel may charge an additional fee for providing such services.

The price paid to Adani One includes room charges, taxes, the specified inclusions mentioned during the booking and convenience fee, if appliable. It does not cover additional services and expenses at the hotel.

Taxes, levies, charges, and any similar government fees, if applicable, will be imposed by the relevant authorities in the jurisdiction where the hotel is located. The guest is responsible for paying all such charges, as applicable.

Guests are required to adhere to any special instructions provided by the hotel. Failure to comply may result in the hotel's right to deny the booking or terminate the stay immediately.

For any special requests, please write in the designated section while booking on the Adani One platform. Hotel Cancellation Policy

User can cancel their booking through the Adani One website or app until the check-in date and time. The refund for such cancellations will be subject to the hotel's cancellation policy. Adani One has no say over the refund amount.

Users can only cancel the entire booking. Partial cancellations, such as canceling specific room(s), a portion of the total nights, or specific guests out of the entire group, are not permitted.

User should not cancel the booking directly with the hotel. If a user cancels the booking directly with the hotel, Adani One will not be responsible for any refund.

Cancellation requests made through the online platform or via phone calls are the only valid and accepted methods.

Any cancellation requests made directly to the hotel will not be the responsibility of Adani One.

If you fail to cancel your reservation within the designated cancellation period, as specified by the hotel you booked, you will be responsible for paying the applicable nightly rates, tax recovery charges, and service fees imposed by the hotel. If you do not show up for the first night of your reservation but still plan to check in for the remaining nights, you must inform Adani One of any changes to your reservation no later than the scheduled arrival date for the first night. This is necessary to prevent the cancellation of your entire reservation.

In case of no show at the hotel, you'll be charged the entire booking amount.

Modification and Reschedule Policy

Once the booking is initiated, the user can’t change the name of primary guest, number of guests, age of child/children, number of rooms, and check-in/check-out date and time.

After the booking is confirmed, user will need to cancel their existing booking to create a new one to make any changes such as updating the primary guest, modifying the number of guests, specifying the age of child/children, adjusting the number of rooms, or changing the check-in/check-out date and time etc.
