After some research, I wanted to be within this area of Bangkok. For the price and location, Silom fit all criteria. Arrived early and they were kind enough to hold our bags while we explored and could come back to check in. Room was super nice. The view was even better. Staff were kind and helpful. We didn’t try breakfast as we wanted to eat out in Bangkok, so many options. Pool and gym facilities were decent. Bed was a little hard would be my only complaint. Super close to BTS, and boat ferry for easy access to everything Bangkok has to offer. Would stay again. If you can afford it, get a river view.

We had a beautiful family holiday at your hotel. Location was really perfect and couldn't have asked for better. Hotel could do with an external paint job but really clean n presentable otherwise with really huge rooms. However I do think charging my 11 year old separately for breakfast is not ideal as I did book the room for 3. However aside from that we had an amazing stay and should we ever visit Bangkok again I would stay here again❤️

We paid a lot of money, over 15.000 Thai bath or €400 for family room up high with a river view . Staying 2 nights. No breakfast. Arrived two hours after check in. Room wasn't ready. Then wanted to give us a room on ninth floor. (Hotel starts on 6th floor, below that is parking and shops) which could be ready for us quicker. We said no. They brought us to room overlooking a multi story car park with river to the far left. Not what I paid for , eventually paying more money to upgrade to room like I stayed in on three past visits. This is my fourth visit to the hotel, never had a problem before. But didn't like my treatment this time. Won't be returning . Pity because it is a good location, with great views.

I recommend this hotel to all families as well as newbies to Bangkok. It is well placed close to boat tours, tuktuks, dining, public transport and shopping in Chinatown. We lived in an apartment and had daily cleaning. Roomservice and cleaning was excellent. Its possible to book to seperate rooms with a shared door. The staff is very friendly and professional and security is high. The pool is open from 6am to 8pm and its a saltwater pool. The saltlevel and ph level is updated daily. There are towels by the pool. The hotel provides breakfast buffet as an extra charge. We definitely enjoyed this. The gym is reasonable well equipped. The hotel is located on top of a shopping mall. And right next to a big food market. A must go to is the rooftop restaurant Palate just across the street. Drinks and food are excellent. The hotel is a non smoking hotel and there are two rather boring smoke stations placed at the street and on the 10th floor. If I missed one thing during my stay. Then it was a bar where you could enjoy sunset or have a late night drink with a view. The surrounding area close at 10pm.

Good: -Location is excellent. Very close to BTS station and the river ferries making it convenient to o get anywhere around the city -Breakfast is amazing, so much variety and nice atmosphere -The pool is large and cool, towels and seating available -Easy access to Robinson’s department store under the hotel

Booking Policy

It is mandatory for all guests to present valid government photo ID’s at the time of check-in.

The primary guests check-in into the hotel must meet the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

If guests are traveling with a child or children, it is necessary to specify the number of children accompanying them during the hotel booking process to avoid any last-minute complications.

Underage guests are only allowed to check-in with at least one parent or official guardian who fulfils the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Early check-in or late check-out request is subject to availability and the hotel may charge an additional fee for providing such services.

The price paid to Adani One includes room charges, taxes, the specified inclusions mentioned during the booking and convenience fee, if appliable. It does not cover additional services and expenses at the hotel.

After the booking is confirmed, user will need to cancel their existing booking to create a new one to make any changes such as updating the primary guest, modifying the number of guests, specifying the age of child/children, adjusting the number of rooms, or changing the check-in/check-out date and time etc.
