The room was very pleasant, it was cozy and clean. Meals were excellent and incredibly varied. The hotel team especially housekeeping on the second floor @ Faisal has always been friendly, patient and helpful. That impressed me the most.

Fantastic stay with Centro Capital. Perfect for a business trip or a holiday to relax. Rooms are great and service is excellent. Good selection of food. My good friend Mr Main is a top guy!! He looked after us and told us where to go for the beach. His hospitality was 5 stars!!

The hotel is very good overall I booked a standard room through a reservations website. When I arrived, I requested an upgrade to a suite and paid the difference at the hotel during check-in. I expected the suite to be luxurious or something better, but it was... Studio with Queen Bed and Kitchenette There is even no king size bed. The bathroom is a good size.

Booked here because it is near the wedding hall. The rooms were okay, a bit small but it was clean and tidy. The pool also was good. The only thing that I didn’t like here is that there are so many stuff that they do not provide unless you pay. Like shaving kit, sewing kit, soap, etc. And they take so much time delivering what we ask or order. But overall stay was nice.

I booked it for an event because of the location. The rooms were small but clean. No amenities apparently unless you ask for them. I couldn’t sleep well as I was woken up two days in a row because of loud music playing the corridors which I complained about and nothing was done which was a shame. Breakfast options not great and coffee is undrinkable otherwise staff were courteous at reception.

Booking Policy

It is mandatory for all guests to present valid government photo ID’s at the time of check-in.

The primary guests check-in into the hotel must meet the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Extra guests are subject to availability. And it might incur additional charges.

If guests are traveling with a child or children, it is necessary to specify the number of children accompanying them during the hotel booking process to avoid any last-minute complications.

Underage guests are only allowed to check-in with at least one parent or official guardian who fulfils the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Early check-in or late check-out request is subject to availability and the hotel may charge an additional fee for providing such services.

The price paid to Adani One includes room charges, taxes, the specified inclusions mentioned during the booking and convenience fee, if appliable. It does not cover additional services and expenses at the hotel.

Taxes, levies, charges, and any similar government fees, if applicable, will be imposed by the relevant authorities in the jurisdiction where the hotel is located. The guest is responsible for paying all such charges, as applicable.

Guests are required to adhere to any special instructions provided by the hotel. Failure to comply may result in the hotel's right to deny the booking or terminate the stay immediately.

For any special requests, please write in the designated section while booking on the Adani One platform. We will forward these requests to the hotel; however, please note that the hotel may or may not be able to accommodate them depending on availability at the time of check-in. Adani One does not collect GSTIN details on behalf of the hotelier, you may request this information directly from the hotelier during the check-in process.

Hotel Cancellation Policy

User can cancel their booking through the Adani One website or app until the check-in date and time. The refund for such cancellations will be subject to the hotel's cancellation policy. Adani One has no say over the refund amount.

Users can only cancel the entire booking. Partial cancellations, such as canceling specific room(s), a portion of the total nights, or specific guests out of the entire group, are not permitted.

User should not cancel the booking directly with the hotel. If a user cancels the booking directly with the hotel, Adani One will not be responsible for any refund.

Cancellation requests made through the online platform or via phone calls are the only valid and accepted methods.

Any cancellation requests made directly to the hotel will not be the responsibility of Adani One.

If you fail to cancel your reservation within the designated cancellation period, as specified by the hotel you booked, you will be responsible for paying the applicable nightly rates, tax recovery charges, and service fees imposed by the hotel. If you do not show up for the first night of your reservation but still plan to check in for the remaining nights, you must inform Adani One of any changes to your reservation no later than the scheduled arrival date for the first night. This is necessary to prevent the cancellation of your entire reservation.

Modification and Reschedule Policy

Once the booking is initiated, the user can’t change the name of primary guest, number of guests, age of child/children, number of rooms, and check-in/check-out date and time.

After the booking is confirmed, user will need to cancel their existing booking to create a new one to make any changes such as updating the primary guest, modifying the number of guests, specifying the age of child/children, adjusting the number of rooms, or changing the check-in/check-out date and time etc.
