        The hotel is exceptionally clean, with a very helpful and kind staff. We had booked breakfast, and it turned out to be fantastic. They served the best Mankoshieh I've ever had, and the buffet offered a wide array of delicious food choices.

        This is my second stay here within 1 week. Travelling with a group tour, it was a great relief when my friend and I discovered we were staying here again. Staff are welcoming, rooms are very clean (although the shower recesses are starting to show slight mould) An electric kettle that works is wonderful. Beds are very comfy. Exhaust fans in bathrooms would be a good addition. One of the best hotels I have stayed at in my recent travels through Europe Japan Egypt and Jordan. It would be good if they could change the early morning room service delivery to a phone call to the room as we were woken a number of times with nearby rooms getting a knock on the door and staff calling out room service.A wonderful thing the hotel does is supply small bags of food for the stray cats.Thank you Centro.

        One of the best hotel in terms of the environment and people. I was on a business trip for 2 weeks. Very welcoming hotel team members. Always smiling and greeting when I go for breakfast. Mr Qusai and his team really made my stay better 😉 thank you. Overall is great, I do have 1 topic that was not so pleasant for me as a business traveller is how laundry/service/food payment is being carried out. Every time service/laundry is sent, it has to be paid on the spot. This leads to multiple payment and could be quite confusing for making claims as business travellers. Would be great if they could put the charges onto the room and payment to be made at the end all in one swipe of a card. **currently found some error on my invoice and trying to get in touch with centro Mada team regarding on my invoice sum vs what was charged on my credit card. Hopefully this will be solved soon.

        A nice, welcoming hotel with comfortable, clean rooms. However the bar and dining areas were not really big enough for the capacity of the hotel. Breakfast was badly organised and there was insufficient capacity for 2 coach groups. This resulted chaos in the dining room.

        Our staying here was for a night we had the best time ever from checking in with Liza in the front desk till checking out . Rooms are clean and tide beds are so comfortable and most importantly the staff were really nice. Thank you Centro hotel 5 stars ⭐️

          It is mandatory for all guests to present valid government photo ID’s at the time of check-in.
