Staying here for a couple weeks while traveling Europe. Very nice hotel for those wanting the basics. Location is great next to the train station and all the subways and trams. Room is perfect and the service is great. Hotel is in a busy part of town but is secure and quiet. I've been able to get good nights rest while adjusting to the time difference between Europe and the US. Cheers, Steve

Excellent location , just two minutes-walk from Frankfurt Hauptbahnhof, near bustling Münchener Straße fill of Halal restaurants , markets and shops ,S-Bahn is quite in front of the hotel and Flixbus station is right behind the hotel , room is clean , nice, quiet and the heater is quite efficient.strongly recommend

Musky rooms with dirty walls and carpet and mold-ridden grout in the bathrooms. Even the shower curtain was gross! Clearly most surfaces don't get cleaned at any regular frequency. There is no AC, no fans and no bug screens in the windows so good luck if it's hot while you're there. To top it off the room safe didn't work and there is also no phone in the room to contact the reception desk nor any suitcase support to open your suitcase elsewhere than the bed or the ground. The location is good but you can easily do better.

Inside this is a nice building. However my room had a really strong smell of smoke despite being non smoking. This unfortunately made for a very uncomfortable night. Both the gentleman who checked me in and handled my check out were polite. Although it's worth knowing that you must pay the local tax in cash which wasn't ideal because I only stayed there because my flight was delayed. The area is not the best, especially at night There are lots of homeless people sleeping in doorways. Which I don't have a problem with but it did make me a little uncomfortable when I had to go to the cashpoint at midnight. All in all I would stay here again.

The entire hotel is scorching hot, rooms and bathrooms are dated and overall not a pleasant experience. The place needs a full remodel in order to attract more guests and the only thing it has appealing is the location right by the train station.

Booking Policy

It is mandatory for all guests to present valid government photo ID’s at the time of check-in.

The primary guests check-in into the hotel must meet the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Extra guests are subject to availability. And it might incur additional charges.

If guests are traveling with a child or children, it is necessary to specify the number of children accompanying them during the hotel booking process to avoid any last-minute complications.

Underage guests are only allowed to check-in with at least one parent or official guardian who fulfils the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Early check-in or late check-out request is subject to availability and the hotel may charge an additional fee for providing such services.

The price paid to Adani One includes room charges, taxes, the specified inclusions mentioned during the booking and convenience fee, if appliable. It does not cover additional services and expenses at the hotel.

Taxes, levies, charges, and any similar government fees, if applicable, will be imposed by the relevant authorities in the jurisdiction where the hotel is located. The guest is responsible for paying all such charges, as applicable.

This is necessary to prevent the cancellation of your entire reservation.

Modification and Reschedule Policy

Once the booking is initiated, the user can’t change the name of primary guest, number of guests, age of child/children, number of rooms, and check-in/check-out date and time.

After the booking is confirmed, user will need to cancel their existing booking to create a new one to make any changes such as updating the primary guest, modifying the number of guests, specifying the age of child/children, adjusting the number of rooms, or changing the check-in/check-out date and time etc.
