Good location. Very central. But, this also means very noisy til the early hours. Be aware they have 2 hotels under the same name on this road. You may get dropped at the wrong one as we did. And, be careful paying with 'breakfast included' as they will refuse if the agency doesn't advise them, even if you have an email confirmation. Rooms are small, balcony is tiny and beds are not the comfiest.

Clean and modern rooms with water boiler, coffee & tea and toiletries. Cosy swimming pool on the rooftop. Friendly reception (a deposit of 1000 Bath is requested for any reservation). Breakfast has to be taken at the sister/main hotel about 200m further in same street. Hotel is literally 100m from Bangla Road so not only very close by but be prepared for the noise until about 5-6am. Hotel to be recommended.

The employees committed fraud in connection with damage to the room that we were not responsible for. They called the police, took our passports and threatened that if we did not pay BHT 21,000, we would be taken to the police station. Fraudsters. We do not recommend it.

The rooms are ridiculously small, it was impossible to find a place to have my suitcase open. You have to go outside to change your mind! For Breakfast which was ordinary you have to walk 300 metres to another Centro hotel.

Good center location if you want Patong night vibe. Room and linen smells bad. At night the building next to where I stayed had construction loud noise on and on. Totally not worth value of money. Highly don't recommend.

Booking Policy

It is mandatory for all guests to present valid government photo ID’s at the time of check-in.

The primary guests check-in into the hotel must meet the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Extra guests are subject to availability. And it might incur additional charges.

If guests are traveling with a child or children, it is necessary to specify the number of children accompanying them during the hotel booking process to avoid any last-minute complications.

Underage guests are only allowed to check-in with at least one parent or official guardian who fulfils the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Early check-in or late check-out request is subject to availability and the hotel may charge an additional fee for providing such services.

The price paid to Adani One includes room charges, taxes, the specified inclusions mentioned during the booking and convenience fee, if appliable. It does not cover additional services and expenses at the hotel.

Taxes, levies, charges, and any similar government fees, if applicable, will be imposed by the relevant authorities in the jurisdiction where the hotel is located. The guest is responsible for paying all such charges, as applicable.

Hotel Cancellation Policy

User can cancel their booking through the Adani One website or app until the check-in date and time. The refund for such cancellations will be subject to the hotel's cancellation policy. Adani One has no say over the refund amount.

Users can only cancel the entire booking. Partial cancellations, such as canceling specific room(s), a portion of the total nights, or specific guests out of the entire group, are not permitted.

User should not cancel the booking directly with the hotel. If a user cancels the booking directly with the hotel, Adani One will not be responsible for any refund.

Cancellation requests made through the online platform or via phone calls are the only valid and accepted methods.

Any cancellation requests made directly to the hotel will not be the responsibility of Adani One.

If you fail to cancel your reservation within the designated cancellation period, as specified by the hotel you booked, you will be responsible for paying the applicable nightly rates, tax recovery charges, and service fees imposed by the hotel. If you do not show up for the first night of your reservation but still plan to check in for the remaining nights, you must inform Adani One of any changes to your reservation no later than the scheduled arrival date for the first night. This is necessary to prevent the cancellation of your entire reservation.

Modification and Reschedule Policy

Once the booking is initiated, the user can’t change the name of primary guest, number of guests, age of child/children, number of rooms, and check-in/check-out date and time.

After the booking is confirmed, user will need to cancel their existing booking to create a new one to make any changes such as updating the primary guest, modifying the number of guests, specifying the age of child/children, adjusting the number of rooms, or changing the check-in/check-out date and time etc.
