Decent little hotel, nothing extraordinary but gets the job done. Our room was clean and had all the basics, the bathroom is nice enough. The breakfast was decent too, all the staff was very friendly and helpful. 3/5 stars, recommend for a budget place to stay in Milan. Room had a stovetop to cook food, a microwave, sink etc. There was room to park outside too which was good and there is a gas station and a LIDL nearby. Plenty of decent, well priced restaurants nearby too.

Large parking lot, friendly front desk, quiet neighborhood. Tram 4 and basic supplies only 10 min away. Bus 52 right in front. The rooms need a bit of TLC. Clean sheets, towels daily and clean bedding, but brekkie needs a bit more attention.

A fantastic hotel in a pristine location, surrounded by trees, making you feel right in the lap of nature. Rooms were clean and spacious, food served in the breakfast was tasty, staff was polite and helpful. There are bus stops close to the hotel towards and from the Greco Pirelli stazione.

Booking Policy

It is mandatory for all guests to present valid government photo ID’s at the time of check-in.

The primary guests check-in into the hotel must meet the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Extra guests are subject to availability. And it might incur additional charges.

If guests are traveling with a child or children, it is necessary to specify the number of children accompanying them during the hotel booking process to avoid any last-minute complications.

Underage guests are only allowed to check-in with at least one parent or official guardian who fulfils the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Early check-in or late check-out request is subject to availability and the hotel may charge an additional fee for providing such services.

The price paid to Adani One includes room charges, taxes, the specified inclusions mentioned during the booking and convenience fee, if appliable. It does not cover additional services and expenses at the hotel.

Taxes, levies, charges, and any similar government fees, if applicable, will be imposed by the relevant authorities in the jurisdiction where the hotel is located. The guest is responsible for paying all such charges, as applicable.

Users can only cancel the entire booking. Partial cancellations, such as canceling specific room(s), a portion of the total nights, or specific guests out of the entire group, are not permitted.

User should not cancel the booking directly with the hotel. If a user cancels the booking directly with the hotel, Adani One will not be responsible for any refund.

Cancellation requests made through the online platform or via phone calls are the only valid and accepted methods.

Any cancellation requests made directly to the hotel will not be the responsibility of Adani One.

If you fail to cancel your reservation within the designated cancellation period, as specified by the hotel you booked, you will be responsible for paying the applicable nightly rates, tax recovery charges, and service fees imposed by the hotel. If you do not show up for the first night of your reservation but still plan to check in for the remaining nights, you must inform Adani One of any changes to your reservation no later than the scheduled arrival date for the first night. This is necessary to prevent the cancellation of your entire reservation.

After the booking is confirmed, user will need to cancel their existing booking to create a new one to make any changes such as updating the primary guest, modifying the number of guests, specifying the age of child/children, adjusting the number of rooms, or changing the check-in/check-out date and time etc.
