I stayed in room 815 for over 2 months. Best hotel I'd say in terms of everything. The location and staff service is brilliant. The dining is perfect with a brilliant individual named Mr. Amgad who made me and my family feel like home. Celebrated our 2 year old daughter's birthday in breakfast. My little one loved him. And the view from the room is pristine. Thank you for the great memories

Loved everything about the hotel. I came for a business trip and the location was excellent. The room was spacious with a gorgeous view. The cleaning crew always left the room sparkling clean with extra bottles of water. They also have two restaurants. I tried their GF restaurant, Distrikt. I tried various dishes and sweets and they were all very scrumptious with very generous portions. Most of all the reception staff are so warm, welcoming, very quick and efficient. Special thanks to Afaf for her hospitality, big welcoming smile and warmth. If I return to Riyadh, this is definitely my go-to hotel.

Fabulous hotel, and excellent staff who provide quick and timely service. An honourable mention is Mr Anamul, the cleaner, whom I always found to be diligent, courteous and efficient. Great hotel that I highly recommend to visitors.

I must say its a very luxury experience to stay in a hotel Like this. It’s actually exceeded my expectations. The staff are si nice, patient and very hospitable and they gave us a very nice room Since i have 2 kids with me. We enjoyed the pool so much esp my kids. The view in our hotel is also relaxing. I think we will come here again to celebrate special occasions. I will recommend this hotel to all my friends. Thank you for the momentous night experience. I truly appreciate this 🙇‍♀️🙇‍♀️🙇‍♀️❤️❤️❤️

The location is the most advantageous point of this hotel. Breakfast spreads are very good. The rooms are also very nice. I left my mobile charger and power bank there - until next time if you can keep it safely.

Booking Policy

It is mandatory for all guests to present valid government photo ID’s at the time of check-in.

The primary guests check-in into the hotel must meet the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Extra guests are subject to availability. And it might incur additional charges.

If guests are traveling with a child or children, it is necessary to specify the number of children accompanying them during the hotel booking process to avoid any last-minute complications.

Underage guests are only allowed to check-in with at least one parent or official guardian who fulfils the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Early check-in or late check-out request is subject to availability and the hotel may charge an additional fee for providing such services.

The price paid to Adani One includes room charges, taxes, the specified inclusions mentioned during the booking and convenience fee, if appliable. It does not cover additional services and expenses at the hotel.

Taxes, levies, charges, and any similar government fees, if applicable, will be imposed by the relevant authorities in the jurisdiction where the hotel is located. The guest is responsible for paying all such charges, as applicable.

Guests are required to adhere to any special instructions provided by the hotel. Failure to comply may result in the hotel's right to deny the booking or terminate the stay immediately.

Hotel Cancellation Policy

User can cancel their booking through the Adani One website or app until the check-in date and time. The refund for such cancellations will be subject to the hotel's cancellation policy. Adani One has no say over the refund amount.

Users can only cancel the entire booking. Partial cancellations, such as canceling specific room(s), a portion of the total nights, or specific guests out of the entire group, are not permitted.

User should not cancel the booking directly with the hotel. If a user cancels the booking directly with the hotel, Adani One will not be responsible for any refund.

Cancellation requests made through the online platform or via phone calls are the only valid and accepted methods.

If you fail to cancel your reservation within the designated cancellation period, as specified by the hotel you booked, you will be responsible for paying the applicable nightly rates, tax recovery charges, and service fees imposed by the hotel. If you do not show up for the first night of your reservation but still plan to check in for the remaining nights, you must inform Adani One of any changes to your reservation no later than the scheduled arrival date for the first night. This is necessary to prevent the cancellation of your entire reservation.

Modification and Reschedule Policy

Once the booking is initiated, the user can’t change the name of primary guest, number of guests, age of child/children, number of rooms, and check-in/check-out date and time.

After the booking is confirmed, user will need to cancel their existing booking to create a new one to make any changes such as updating the primary guest, modifying the number of guests, specifying the age of child/children, adjusting the number of rooms, or changing the check-in/check-out date and time etc.
