This is a beautiful and classy hotel. The rooms are simple yet very functional with a classic European style. You have everything you need for a comfortable stay here. The hotel is centrally located and close to transit and the train station. There are dozens of restaurants within a 5-10 minute walk. Entertainment options are bountiful and within a short walk also. The Budapest ruin pubs are a 15 minute walk away also. The hotel is clean and well cared for also. I honestly had a very nice stay here and will definitely stay here again the next time I am in Budapest. Room rates are affordable and very reasonable also. And lastly but definitely not least ...the courtyard and lobby is absolutely grand and stunning. It is an open air atrium with natural light streaming into the central area of the hotel...it is pleasant and soothing. All in all I had a wonderful stay here and cannot wait to return and book a longer stay here.

I went to Budapest with my girlfriend for a week. At first, we were surprised that the hotel did not give us the opportunity to check in earlier - we had to wait 3 hours until 2:00 p.m. Additionally, we were given a room where bags and suitcases were placed at the entrance door to the room, making it difficult to enter our room! This is shameful and unacceptable! In addition, the wooden windows in the room do not fulfill their role at all - muffling the loud sounds of cars from outside. We couldn't sleep because of the noise from outside. The last thing is the staff who didn't care about the fact that the luggage space under our door was inappropriate. I strongly advise against it!

Cons. 1. Unbearably terrible wifi. It's so slow that you cannot even watch a 15-second video smoothly. Even when you use Google, it brows super slow. 2. Superisingly bad breakfast. I wouldn't have taken the breakfast even when it is just 1 euro. It doesn't worth the prepaid price. Basically there is only cerels, drinks, bread, eggs, cheese, hams, and non-fresh apples, all with extremely low quality. As an alternative, go to the Lidl downstairs, you can almost buy everything with the required breakfast fees, but definitely with higher quality. 3. Noisy and poor privacy. Old building and facilities. You can hear everything happening in the hallway. If you want fresh air, you have to open the window, then you have no privacy as people passing by your room can see and hear you. 4. Small room. No window view thus depressing environment. Every window is towards hall way, thus poor ventilation. Pros. Perfect location for travellers. Close to tourism spots. Metro is downstairs.

It’s so weird when people paying small price for accommodation and epxpect to live in 5 star level hotel 😂 We stayed in this place for 2 nights, for two people we payed only 100€! 👍Hotel is in the city center so you can walk arround easilly anywhere you want. If you are with the car than you can leave it in private 24h big parking with security - “Europeum parking garage”. It’s 3 minutes walk from the hotel. And the price for parking is also cheap comparing with others. Regards the facilities in hotel, yes they are not “super wow” but the rooms are spacious and clean.

We stayed in this hotel for a couple of nights end of July/ beginning of August. Plus points: * The location - all the major sights and sites are within walking distance, even the szechny baths and city park; and Margaret island. * The room was big and spacious and was made up every day during our stay. Negative points: * The location- being next to a main road meant that you hear every siren going (and believe me there are many!). * The WiFi is rubbish, we had to use mobile data practically all the time. * They don't replenish the soap within the room. * Do not get the breakfast here. It is not worth it at all. Weak coffee, and plasticky ham and cheese. * We booked through booking.com and assumed the payment would go through them, as with other hotels we have stayed at. It didn't and so we had to pay at the hotel in forints. The change of money incurred a fee from my partner's bank- something to be aware of if you book through a third party. * Our electricity went out in the middle of the night one night. When we spoke to the receptionist she asked us if we had the card in the slot. They fixed it quickly, but the question posed was a little odd considering when it went out!

Booking Policy

It is mandatory for all guests to present valid government photo ID’s at the time of check-in.

The primary guests check-in into the hotel must meet the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Extra guests are subject to availability. And it might incur additional charges.

If guests are traveling with a child or children, it is necessary to specify the number of children accompanying them during the hotel booking process to avoid any last-minute complications.

Underage guests are only allowed to check-in with at least one parent or official guardian who fulfils the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Early check-in or late check-out request is subject to availability and the hotel may charge an additional fee for providing such services.

The price paid to Adani One includes room charges, taxes, the specified inclusions mentioned during the booking and convenience fee, if appliable. It does not cover additional services and expenses at the hotel.

Taxes, levies, charges, and any similar government fees, if applicable, will be imposed by the relevant authorities in the jurisdiction where the hotel is located. The guest is responsible for paying all such charges, as applicable.

Guests are required to adhere to any special instructions provided by the hotel. Failure to comply may result in the hotel's right to deny the booking or terminate the stay immediately.

Hotel Cancellation Policy

User can cancel their booking through the Adani One website or app until the check-in date and time. The refund for such cancellations will be subject to the hotel's cancellation policy. Adani One has no say over the refund amount.

Users can only cancel the entire booking. Partial cancellations, such as canceling specific room(s), a portion of the total nights, or specific guests out of the entire group, are not permitted.

User should not cancel the booking directly with the hotel. If a user cancels the booking directly with the hotel, Adani One will not be responsible for any refund.

Cancellation requests made through the online platform or via phone calls are the only valid and accepted methods.

Any cancellation requests made directly to the hotel will not be the responsibility of Adani One.

If you fail to cancel your reservation within the designated cancellation period, as specified by the hotel you booked, you will be responsible for paying the applicable nightly rates, tax recovery charges, and service fees imposed by the hotel. If you do not show up for the first night of your reservation but still plan to check in for the remaining nights, you must inform Adani One of any changes to your reservation no later than the scheduled arrival date for the first night. This is necessary to prevent the cancellation of your entire reservation.

In case of no show at the hotel, you'll be charged the entire booking amount.

Modification and Reschedule Policy

Once the booking is initiated, the user can’t change the name of primary guest, number of guests, age of child/children, number of rooms, and check-in/check-out date and time.

After the booking is confirmed, user will need to cancel their existing booking to create a new one to make any changes such as updating the primary guest, modifying the number of guests, specifying the age of child/children, adjusting the number of rooms, or changing the check-in/check-out date and time etc.
