The hotel is spacious and clean. The food served is very tasty and the service excellent. I had a massage and a treatment at the spa : two delightful experiences. The front desk, especially Walfa! Travelling to the centre takes a bit of time, but the bus service to the train and tube stations is very regular. Thank you all.

It is a good place to relax, for real. I was here at the end of 2023 and had a good time in it. The swimming pool, bar, and restaurant, are great.

no room service, service members in spa area were quite rude, when we arrived we were told that the spa would close down the next day for a week. According to the check-in registrar, we should have seen a note on the website. My colleague and I both did not see a note. (Probably too little to be noticed). The breakfast was good. But on the second morning, staff was missing to make omelettes.

This hotel should not be listed as "hotels in Berlin" since it is more than an hour away from the city using public transportation and 30 minutes paying a 50 euros taxi. Also, rooms are super small and old.

Attention This hotel has bad cancellation policies, the hotel does not provide complete information to make it look like a mistake the additional charges they make, you are scammers!!!! Mr. guest I recommend you to stay in another hotel to avoid using your credit card with unapproved additional charges.

Booking Policy

It is mandatory for all guests to present valid government photo ID’s at the time of check-in.

The primary guests check-in into the hotel must meet the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Extra guests are subject to availability. And it might incur additional charges.

If guests are traveling with a child or children, it is necessary to specify the number of children accompanying them during the hotel booking process to avoid any last-minute complications.

Underage guests are only allowed to check-in with at least one parent or official guardian who fulfils the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Early check-in or late check-out request is subject to availability and the hotel may charge an additional fee for providing such services.

The price paid to Adani One includes room charges, taxes, the specified inclusions mentioned during the booking and convenience fee, if appliable. It does not cover additional services and expenses at the hotel.

Taxes, levies, charges, and any similar government fees, if applicable, will be imposed by the relevant authorities in the jurisdiction where the hotel is located. The guest is responsible for paying all such charges, as applicable.

Users can only cancel the entire booking. Partial cancellations, such as canceling specific room(s), a portion of the total nights, or specific guests out of the entire group, are not permitted.

User should not cancel the booking directly with the hotel. If a user cancels the booking directly with the hotel, Adani One will not be responsible for any refund.

Cancellation requests made through the online platform or via phone calls are the only valid and accepted methods.

If you fail to cancel your reservation within the designated cancellation period, as specified by the hotel you booked, you will be responsible for paying the applicable nightly rates, tax recovery charges, and service fees imposed by the hotel. If you do not show up for the first night of your reservation but still plan to check in for the remaining nights, you must inform Adani One of any changes to your reservation no later than the scheduled arrival date for the first night. This is necessary to prevent the cancellation of your entire reservation.
