Checking in through the restaurant bar is cumbersome while you wait on line with all the customers trying to order. Staff is friendly. Elevator available. The room is way too small for a double bed. Walking to the bed opens the curtains. Curtains do not block light out. No fresh air - windows open to diners smoking outside. No bedside outlets. Only outlets in room are at floor level across the bed. No luggage stand or table to place anything on. Shower shares floor with entire bathroom and doesn't feel sanitary. The cost of the stay does not match the amenities.

A nice hotel located downtown so everything is within walking distance. The main entrance can be a little confusing but just walk into the restaurant below and they'll help you. If you're hungry it's one of the best restaurant I ate at in Iceland.

It was the worst hotel during our Iceland trip. We couldn't sleep almost whole night because of noice. The hotel is located above a bar and there is very bad sound proof. Even our ear plugs didn't help. This hotel has no parking and the street was closed for cars during outr stay so we had to park on another street. Don't make the same mistake and book another hotel.

Listed on some travel sites as a hostel, but the room we had was essentially a one bedroom apartment that we had to ourselves. Right in the downtown/touristy area, which was perfect, with one of those famous hotdog stands right across from us! Shops and restaurants were abundant on the street we were situated, which was perfect as we arrived somewhat later and had less time to explore Akureyri. Room was very clean, and breakfast was included. All in all, would stay here again for sure. :)

Booking Policy

It is mandatory for all guests to present valid government photo ID’s at the time of check-in.

The primary guests check-in into the hotel must meet the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Extra guests are subject to availability. And it might incur additional charges.

If guests are traveling with a child or children, it is necessary to specify the number of children accompanying them during the hotel booking process to avoid any last-minute complications.

Underage guests are only allowed to check-in with at least one parent or official guardian who fulfils the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Early check-in or late check-out request is subject to availability and the hotel may charge an additional fee for providing such services.

The price paid to Adani One includes room charges, taxes, the specified inclusions mentioned during the booking and convenience fee, if appliable. It does not cover additional services and expenses at the hotel.

Taxes, levies, charges, and any similar government fees, if applicable, will be imposed by the relevant authorities in the jurisdiction where the hotel is located. The guest is responsible for paying all such charges, as applicable.

Guests are required to adhere to any special instructions provided by the hotel. Failure to comply may result in the hotel's right to deny the booking or terminate the stay immediately.

Hotel Cancellation Policy

User can cancel their booking through the Adani One website or app until the check-in date and time. The refund for such cancellations will be subject to the hotel's cancellation policy. Adani One has no say over the refund amount.

Users can only cancel the entire booking. Partial cancellations, such as canceling specific room(s), a portion of the total nights, or specific guests out of the entire group, are not permitted.

User should not cancel the booking directly with the hotel. If a user cancels the booking directly with the hotel, Adani One will not be responsible for any refund.

Cancellation requests made through the online platform or via phone calls are the only valid and accepted methods.

Any cancellation requests made directly to the hotel will not be the responsibility of Adani One.

If you fail to cancel your reservation within the designated cancellation period, as specified by the hotel you booked, you will be responsible for paying the applicable nightly rates, tax recovery charges, and service fees imposed by the hotel. If you do not show up for the first night of your reservation but still plan to check in for the remaining nights, you must inform Adani One of any changes to your reservation no later than the scheduled arrival date for the first night. This is necessary to prevent the cancellation of your entire reservation.

Modification and Reschedule Policy

Once the booking is initiated, the user can’t change the name of primary guest, number of guests, age of child/children, number of rooms, and check-in/check-out date and time.

After the booking is confirmed, user will need to cancel their existing booking to create a new one to make any changes such as updating the primary guest, modifying the number of guests, specifying the age of child/children, adjusting the number of rooms, or changing the check-in/check-out date and time etc.
