This hotel is the worst hotel I’ve ever stayed in my life. Nobody’s at the front desk. You have to make a phone call to check in but nobody was answer. Korean gentlemen who were passing by helped us so we were finally able to enter our room but it took more than a half an hour. The room was not clean at all. There was foundation on the bed sheet. Lipstick mark on the glass. Some dirt on the mirror. The bath tab wasn’t clean either. Finally the bathroom door was broken so the door was locked for a while. We couldn’t use the bathroom next morning. Omg. Do not stay in this hotel.

The rooms are not great, beds a terrible and service is not good. The location is not bad but there are MUCH better hotels for the same price in the same location. Anyone wishing I suggest doing Centum Premier instead of this hotel

It's 1 minute from BEXCO and the room is really big for the price. I'm satisfied with the bathtub in the bathroom. The parking lot is free too. It's great and I'm very satisfied. I boasted a lot to my acquaintances. In fact, I made a reservation for another bed. It was a double, so I canceled and paid 10,000 more. I'm very satisfied.

I said non-face-to-face check-in, but I didn't answer the phone. Waited 30 minutes on the street. As it sounds, it's non-face-to-face, but there's no check-in desk and if you don't contact me, it's over. It took a total of 40 minutes to check in. I originally booked a triple room, but when I got to the room, it was a twin room (two single beds), and when I asked about it, they suddenly said there was no room and would deduct 20,000 won. The twin room was originally going to be about 20,000 won... but when I said I didn't want it, they told me to go to their other hotel in the building next door. Both rooms are clean and fine, but the system is a mess.

Booking Policy

It is mandatory for all guests to present valid government photo ID’s at the time of check-in.

The primary guests check-in into the hotel must meet the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Extra guests are subject to availability. And it might incur additional charges.

If guests are traveling with a child or children, it is necessary to specify the number of children accompanying them during the hotel booking process to avoid any last-minute complications.

Underage guests are only allowed to check-in with at least one parent or official guardian who fulfils the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Early check-in or late check-out request is subject to availability and the hotel may charge an additional fee for providing such services.

The price paid to Adani One includes room charges, taxes, the specified inclusions mentioned during the booking and convenience fee, if appliable. It does not cover additional services and expenses at the hotel.

Taxes, levies, charges, and any similar government fees, if applicable, will be imposed by the relevant authorities in the jurisdiction where the hotel is located. The guest is responsible for paying all such charges, as applicable.

Hotel Cancellation Policy

User can cancel their booking through the Adani One website or app until the check-in date and time. The refund for such cancellations will be subject to the hotel's cancellation policy. Adani One has no say over the refund amount.

Users can only cancel the entire booking. Partial cancellations, such as canceling specific room(s), a portion of the total nights, or specific guests out of the entire group, are not permitted.

User should not cancel the booking directly with the hotel. If a user cancels the booking directly with the hotel, Adani One will not be responsible for any refund.

Cancellation requests made through the online platform or via phone calls are the only valid and accepted methods.

Any cancellation requests made directly to the hotel will not be the responsibility of Adani One.

If you fail to cancel your reservation within the designated cancellation period, as specified by the hotel you booked, you will be responsible for paying the applicable nightly rates, tax recovery charges, and service fees imposed by the hotel. If you do not show up for the first night of your reservation but still plan to check in for the remaining nights, you must inform Adani One of any changes to your reservation no later than the scheduled arrival date for the first night. This is necessary to prevent the cancellation of your entire reservation.

Modification and Reschedule Policy

Once the booking is initiated, the user can’t change the name of primary guest, number of guests, age of child/children, number of rooms, and check-in/check-out date and time.

After the booking is confirmed, user will need to cancel their existing booking to create a new one to make any changes such as updating the primary guest, modifying the number of guests, specifying the age of child/children, adjusting the number of rooms, or changing the check-in/check-out date and time etc.
