Great stay in a fantastic pocket of the city! The rooms were small as can be expected in central Tokyo, but were clean, comfortable and well serviced. Staff are incredibly attentive and welcoming - especially Ahdi at reception, who was very kind and helpful! Thanks for going above and beyond. 😊

I was honestly disappointed by the room size for the price I paid, it felt extremely small and cluttered. I've been to other hotels in Japan which supposedly have the same room size (172 sq ft) but felt much more spacious. The room barely had enough space to fully open two suitcases. The closet and mirror vanity felt like it was taking up too much space. It would've been a perfectly fine room if the price matched the quality, however, I feel like I've been falsely advertised for what I paid for. It was also very complicated to use the TV, it shows that it can connect to devices wirelessly but the option doesn't work, there aren't any instructions for the TV. Watching TV from the bed would've been more enjoyable and relaxing but instead I just opted to use my own laptop.

Hotel was nice, affordable and accommodating, lots of food places and convenient stores around and night life is very alive which I love. One of my favorite things is how close it was to the train station! The rooms were a bit smaller but I already expected it (we were a party of 3 and there was 1 king bed and 1 twin bed adjacent to it) Amenities and toiletries were a nice addition, would recommend this hotel 👍

Fantastic location with easy connections to any part of Tokyo. My family and I stayed in a room with two single beds plus a set of bunk beds, and it was the perfect size for 4 people. I have read some reviews saying the rooms are small, but that should be expected anywhere in central Tokyo. The beds were very comfortable, but the wifi was patchy at times. The sauna was clean and relaxing, and it has some local flavor, as locals can purchase hourly passes. Solid value; I would stay here again.

This was the smaller hotel room I have ever stayed in but I have to admit that it was the best experience. The room is affordable given the location. The bathroom was a decent size even if the room was on the smaller size. The room was clean and the staff were very helpful. This hotel is located close to the train station and many restaurants and bars.

Booking Policy

It is mandatory for all guests to present valid government photo ID’s at the time of check-in.

The primary guests check-in into the hotel must meet the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Extra guests are subject to availability. And it might incur additional charges.

If guests are traveling with a child or children, it is necessary to specify the number of children accompanying them during the hotel booking process to avoid any last-minute complications.

Underage guests are only allowed to check-in with at least one parent or official guardian who fulfils the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Early check-in or late check-out request is subject to availability and the hotel may charge an additional fee for providing such services.

The price paid to Adani One includes room charges, taxes, the specified inclusions mentioned during the booking and convenience fee, if appliable. It does not cover additional services and expenses at the hotel.

Taxes, levies, charges, and any similar government fees, if applicable, will be imposed by the relevant authorities in the jurisdiction where the hotel is located. The guest is responsible for paying all such charges, as applicable.

Hotel Cancellation Policy

User can cancel their booking through the Adani One website or app until the check-in date and time. The refund for such cancellations will be subject to the hotel's cancellation policy. Adani One has no say over the refund amount.

Users can only cancel the entire booking. Partial cancellations, such as canceling specific room(s), a portion of the total nights, or specific guests out of the entire group, are not permitted.

User should not cancel the booking directly with the hotel. If a user cancels the booking directly with the hotel, Adani One will not be responsible for any refund.

Cancellation requests made through the online platform or via phone calls are the only valid and accepted methods.

Any cancellation requests made directly to the hotel will not be the responsibility of Adani One.

If you fail to cancel your reservation within the designated cancellation period, as specified by the hotel you booked, you will be responsible for paying the applicable nightly rates, tax recovery charges, and service fees imposed by the hotel. If you do not show up for the first night of your reservation but still plan to check in for the remaining nights, you must inform Adani One of any changes to your reservation no later than the scheduled arrival date for the first night. This is necessary to prevent the cancellation of your entire reservation.

Modification and Reschedule Policy

After the booking is confirmed, user will need to cancel their existing booking to create a new one to make any changes such as updating the primary guest, modifying the number of guests, specifying the age of child/children, adjusting the number of rooms, or changing the check-in/check-out date and time etc.
