Pros Excellent destination for a hotel in a beautiful business park with restaurants & coffee shops such as Tigers Milk, La Parada & Bootleggers coffee all situated a stone's throw away. Not much by way of a view on one side but it is safe, clean and quiet. Undercover parking is free upon validation at reception. Room itself is small but clean. Two bottles of water everyday and it has a kettle with tea and coffee. Decor of the hotel and room is trendy. Cons No fridge or iron in the room. It is a small room but they did well with the space. I didn't like the shower. Reception can appear to be a bit distant with requests at times. The in-house staff are excellent though. Pros outweigh the few cons so I would definitely stay here again.

BEST HOTEL IN CAPE TOWN, YES!! I said it, best hotel I have stayed in in CPT, especially their restaurant GUSTOS. special mention to Tiffany, Asiwe and Deberoh, amazing service and make you feel at home, I will ALWAYS book my stay at this hotel

Very beautiful hotel..however no towels provided and no slippers provided. Had to call reception to ask for Towels ...I am booked for a week I suppose this will be a daily request. Atleast the staff helped on the first day hope they will for the rest of the week.

The hotel was modern and comfortable, and suited my needs as a solo traveller perfectly, and the staff were friendly and accommodating. The location in relation to the shopping centre and for walking along the picturesque canal and gardens is perfect. The canal view from the lounge / dining area is tranquil, and the evening ambiance in the restaurant / bar area sublime. A point to note is that the shower is glassed and in full view of the bedroom, where some may not be comfortable with this lack of privacy. There is covered, secure parking available next to the hotel. A minor negative for me: The restaurant attendant was wonderful, and apologetic that my first two menu requests were unavailable. I struggled to make a third choice as all those I preferred contained the unavailable ingredients. However, in the end my third choice was satisfactory.

Booking Policy

It is mandatory for all guests to present valid government photo ID’s at the time of check-in.

The primary guests check-in into the hotel must meet the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Extra guests are subject to availability. And it might incur additional charges.

If guests are traveling with a child or children, it is necessary to specify the number of children accompanying them during the hotel booking process to avoid any last-minute complications.

Underage guests are only allowed to check-in with at least one parent or official guardian who fulfils the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Early check-in or late check-out request is subject to availability and the hotel may charge an additional fee for providing such services.

The price paid to Adani One includes room charges, taxes, the specified inclusions mentioned during the booking and convenience fee, if appliable. It does not cover additional services and expenses at the hotel.

Taxes, levies, charges, and any similar government fees, if applicable, will be imposed by the relevant authorities in the jurisdiction where the hotel is located. The guest is responsible for paying all such charges, as applicable.

Guests are required to adhere to any special instructions provided by the hotel. Failure to comply may result in the hotel's right to deny the booking or terminate the stay immediately.

Hotel Cancellation Policy

User can cancel their booking through the Adani One website or app until the check-in date and time. The refund for such cancellations will be subject to the hotel's cancellation policy. Adani One has no say over the refund amount.

Users can only cancel the entire booking. Partial cancellations, such as canceling specific room(s), a portion of the total nights, or specific guests out of the entire group, are not permitted.

User should not cancel the booking directly with the hotel. If a user cancels the booking directly with the hotel, Adani One will not be responsible for any refund.

Cancellation requests made through the online platform or via phone calls are the only valid and accepted methods.

Any cancellation requests made directly to the hotel will not be the responsibility of Adani One.

If you fail to cancel your reservation within the designated cancellation period, as specified by the hotel you booked, you will be responsible for paying the applicable nightly rates, tax recovery charges, and service fees imposed by the hotel. If you do not show up for the first night of your reservation but still plan to check in for the remaining nights, you must inform Adani One of any changes to your reservation no later than the scheduled arrival date for the first night. This is necessary to prevent the cancellation of your entire reservation.

Modification and Reschedule Policy

Once the booking is initiated, the user can’t change the name of primary guest, number of guests, age of child/children, number of rooms, and check-in/check-out date and time.

After the booking is confirmed, user will need to cancel their existing booking to create a new one to make any changes such as updating the primary guest, modifying the number of guests, specifying the age of child/children, adjusting the number of rooms, or changing the check-in/check-out date and time etc.
